“I had my dad drop off a window, and I called them to let them know what was needing done with the window. Not only was the woman on the phone very polite, she understood I called because he’s hard of hearing. They fixed up the window, and left me a vm to come pick it up. The price was so reasonable. Highly recommend. Plus, Mr Gould was very friendly, and professional.”
