Went into store to add a line to my account, they told me my bill would only increase 25 dollars and my bill is 120 dollars more then I was quoted , I understand they said mid cycle changes but not being over charged more a line and no device ; went in to see why it was over and they told me quoted “call billing they’ll help you , we only sell stuff here”Save your money and go somewhere else

My husband and I came in to this store to inquire about their senior plan. We wanted to keep our current phones(IPhone 12) but needed a less expensive plan than what we had with AT&T. That is not what we got! After being told it was cheaper to get new phones because of the promotions,(it was even written down on a piece of paper) so we said that was fine. So after 3 hours of trying to get us setup the sales associate handed us our new phones and our old phones and told us he had no idea what to do and said to come back in a couple days since it could take up to 24 hours to get switched over. Who does that? Luckily 1 phone worked but the other didn’t nor did it work after 24 hours. So we came in the next day (we live an hour away) worked with a manager and after another hour or so she finally got it to work.Then we got our bill a few days later and we were getting charged for 3 lines we only have 2, so I called the store and she said it was a promotion from T-Mobile and it would be credited on the next billing cycle. It was not!Now a month later I was charged again and I called the store and was told I would need to come in. I then called T-Mobile’s customer service and she was wonderful at helping us and are in the process of fixing this mess.So beware of this location!! they will do whatever it takes to take advantage of people like us. It was the worst customer service.

I came to Hutchinson to see Mesamerica. My ticket was in my phone.I was in desperate need of a charge to my phone. I had no money and was far away from home. I only had the cord, no box for a wall socket. First they tried to charge it there. It got too close to the time of the show so they gave me a box portion so I could charge it at the venue. Thanks guys,much appreciated! Next time I am in Hutchinson I will stop by & say hi!

Stay away tried the T Mobile home internet. Had issues so paid my bill and cancelled due to no contact. Fast forward 6 months now I got a collection on a T mobile bill. They were paid and cancelled. Biggest scam if you do not like the service. They will stick you with a bill while you had no service.

They wouldn't Help me unless I came into the office there is a lot of people that would or might like to go with T-mobile and have know transportation to get to one of there businesses which they are not the only phone stores that are this way!!!!!! This is 2023 they need to look in to other ways to reach out to their customers!!!!!!

Customer Service is fine.Cell coverage and services sucks beyond belief. Dropped calls, missed text messages unable to load date to name a few frequent issues.Highly not recommended.5G hahaha

Great customer service! I had previously went to both Verizon and AT&T, neither of which could offer a better deal on the iPhone I wanted. Anthony helped us work towards a deal that made us both happy, wasn’t pushy or dull like the employees at Verizon. Highly recommend! And their 5G is actually 5G unlike Verizon. Great job guys!

Approximately, 6 weeks ago I went here to ask about the free phone for switching. During that discussion I found out that they also offer internet service and asked about it. The sales man talked about T Mobile being the best in the world and the cost would be less than what I was currently paying. I bring home the modem and this whole time I've only ever had two bars. I work at home a few days a week and need a stable internet connection. I called T Mobile and the agent said I have a poor signal strength might be able to catch up to 4g by moving the modem around. Of course that didn't work. So I called again and the agent asked me if I wanted to cancel my home internet service. I look online to see if T Mobile 5g Home Internet is available in my area it is not. Horrible customer service. Hungry for commission. Now the phone. There's a $60 plan and a $90 plan. Both are unlimited. The $90 plan comes with "free" stuff and discounts. The $60 plan does not. What's free and discounted when you pay extra for it. Not at all the best. very often looses network connection everywhere. I did not have the time at the time when I switched to research.

I would not recommend the Hutchinson store to anyone. Go anywhere else! We went in simply wanting to upgrade phones on our plan and after lengthy discussions on different phones, we agreed to a certain phone at a quoted promotion. Many times during our visit we were told our phones would end up being 50% off and even before signing off on the upgrades, I asked for specific numbers on the cost confirming that it was 50% off. Many days later, I found out through Customer Care that this promo was not on our account. Calling into the store, I was told by the same employees that this promo did not exist and I was never told by them EVER that they would be 50% off. Its never fun visiting a store and being lied to and then lied to after the fact.

I was in Kansas for my fathers 81st birthday and decided that I would get him an iPhone for a gift. Nicholas Lee was the person who helped me through the purchase and adding an additional line to my account. He explained everything throughout the process and answered all of our questions.Unfortunately my father was not in love with his new iPhoneAnd insisted he keep his tiny flip phone. I called Nicholas and he was just as great with the return process as with the purchase. I appreciated this so much!!Nicholas-I’m sorry we took up so much of your time on a busy day -just to come back and return it all!!! TMobile is very fortunate to have such a professional, knowledgeable employee such as you working for them!Thanks again!
