The ladies who work here are AMAZING!! Not only did they help us set up a reservation from across the country, but they also helped me hook up a trailer AND strap my car to it all in the parking lot. They deserve a raise and should be the face of uhaul everywhere. Y’all rock!!

I didn't want to have to do this, but this is what is has come to. So it's a beautiful Saturday morning. My weekend to move the last bit of junk we have left from one house to the other. Perfect day for it! So I wake up early. Place a reservation on the internet for a trailer I need. Everything seems to be working out fine. I show up the the address on 17th I am a few minutes early. So I wait in the vehicle just to give whoever is opening up the place some time to get themselves together. It's 10:04 a.m. I go to the gate.... It's locked it's cool I am a patient person. Go back to my vehicle to stay out of the cold. Five minutes roll by a car pulls up to the gate. I think great. WRONG!!!! It was a storage unit occupant. So I continue to wait for another 10 minutes or so. Finally the person on duty has shown up. The time was now 10:22. I get it now. It's a young kid. I was young at one time and not very punctual. Not the point by the time the clerk had finally gotten to the establishment and opened the doors there were four other people besides myself waiting on him. GET IT TOGETHER. As I am a very understanding person most days this is a little out of hand. I have help waiting on me totally throwing me off schedule
