Super rude staff. My mom’s package was lost and she went to inquire about what could be done. Staff was dismissive and rude to her. Mom said she had never been so disrespected. Unacceptable.

Standing outside the store for 20 minutes. They are supposed to open at 12 noon on Sundays. This is not how you run a business. Many customers have come, pulled the locked door, then left. I expect a bs response from owner, just ignore it ..

The customer reps at the UPS on 30th in Hutchinson are not very friendly or helpful at all. They ignore you an wouldn’t even help me carry a huge box or at least hold the door!!

This was the absolute worst experience and customer service ever. We returned 2 separate Amazon returns. UPS put the wrong shipping labels on them and sent them to the wrong place. When we called them asking for a way to resolve this so we could get our $900 refund, they were unwilling to help or cooperate. Pretty much told us it wasn’t their problem and we were on our own.

There is a woman here who is rude and sets the mood for the whole office. I see a lot of complaints and yet she is still employed. I will only go here last resort. Last time this woman sat in a chair doing nothing for the 20 minutes I was there and still acted like I was imposing.

I will no longer be using this store. It’s the worse customer service I’ve ever had. This was the second time I’ve come in to be treated like I was bothering them. Very hateful employees.

Apparently they don’t want to work a full day. I came in 10 minutes to closing and was informed that I couldn’t pay to ship a package because “our system for doing that has already been shut down for the day.” Isn’t that the primary purpose of your store? If you shut everything down at 4:45 then don’t list 5pm as your closing time. Complete waste of time.

I would be nice if I could talk to him to ask a question but I see from the reviews that this is a recurrent problem. Since the center decided to use UPS There’s nothing I can do about it for this package, but I will be certain not to use UPS in the future or any of my packages.

I went to do an Amazon return today and the only option available was The UPS Store. Arrived to find a sign stating they no longer accept Amazon returns. I have already seen the comments that this is Amazon's decision and not the UPS Store. Although I don't understand why it's not affecting UPS stores in Wichita. Whatever the reason, it's a bummer because driving 45 minutes to return something is ridiculous. Also when looking at Amazon with the available locations to take the return, the Hutchinson UPS Store is still on the list.

Unable to accept Amazon Returns, Has Signs to drive to Wichita To return Packages, this has been going on for over a month and was advised they are unsure when it will be fixed.
