“Bought many vehicles in my lifetime, but my experience at Luxury was by far the best I ever had. Told Spencer what I was looking for but they didn’t have it at the time. No pressure at all from him to settle for something else just so he could make a sale. Told me he would keep an eye out and waited until they got the right vehicle in before calling me back. But that took less than a week. For a smaller lot, they have a lot of access to other vehicles from other locations.
Then it came time to “talk numbers “, everyone’s least favorite thing about buying a car. That’s when I met Lane, the sales manager. And was again pleasantly surprised. He took a look at my trade and gave me a fair offer. There were no “numbers games” like you get at a lot of other places. No back and forth between salesman and manager like I was used to. Honest and straightforward. Don’t get that at a lot of places anymore. To be completely honest, it was such a low pressure and friendly environment that the deal was over before I even realized it.
Same thing in the finance office. No trying to upsell me undercoating, pinstripes, scotchguard or anything like that. Kara told me the finance company they recommended and why. This would be your payment and these are your two options for a warranty if you want one. No pressure, just information. She happily answered all my questions and helped me make the best decision.
