If they say 10-15 minute wait - they really mean 40. Every. Single. Time It seems. Its a straight up lie that just doesn't need to be said just to get me to check in. Get more employees or lower your prices Verizon. Walked out today instead of adding a line and new phone - looking elsewhere and I should take the family with me. I just need a company that would actually help me instead of whatever that location is offering.

I innocently walked in to see if we can finish getting my husbands phone activated. We have been working on this process for several months and it was complicated because we were trying to port his number from another company. That company had very good customer service but we were not getting good phone service. We have been in Verizon store at least 6 times in the past few weeks. Erika was going to help me but immediately became very defensive, curt, and accusing. I was not expecting such a reaction and considered leaving. But the phone still did not work. I called the former company and she was very kind and helpful. We finally realized it was the customer I D# they needed instead of the account number they had asked for. That seems to have resolved the problem. I hope Erika can improve her customer service skills. We are now seriously reconsidering our decision to come to Verizon

The team was ready for a busy day and was moving through the customers efficiently. The manager made sure everyone was happy. I got in and out in under 20 minutes and there were at least 10 other customers in there.
