Don't get any pictures printed on the metal posters. The image will completely disappear if anything gets on it. And forget cleaning them. My kids splashed water on one and it's completely ruined. Can't clean them either. I tried to rinse it with water just to check. All the chemicals of the picture ran right off. Now I just have a $30 price of shinny metal. Surprised they didn't put a protective film on it. Wasn't of money.

It's ok. Understaffed most times I go here, and especially in the pharmacy. Maybe they need to pay better so they can be fully staffed 🤷🏻♀️
Pharmacy also really struggles keeping things in stock that we get monthly... kinda annoying to have to wait for their order to come in, when, if they know we're going to get it every month, they should just reorder it when we pick it up .... 🫤

I've used Walgreens pharmacy for 10 years with minimal issues. Over the weekend, it was brough to my attention that prescriptions weren't being ran through my insurance correctly. I spoke to someone in the pharmacy by phone who insisted that I only had one insurance and was quite rude. I went to the pharmacy yesterday to straighten things out. Come to find out, my secondary insurance WAS on file, they just weren't using it. The tech fixed it, but not once did anyone ever apologize or offer me information on how to get refunded the overpayments from at least the last year.
Walgreens has lost a customer, I am switching pharmacies based on the lack of customer service. They obviously don't care about retaining customers.

Scheduled an immunization appointment for my child days in advance for a Saturday afternoon, rather than having to miss work to go to our regular Dr. Received multiple reminder emails, including day of. Arrived for the appointment and... There is no pharmacist on staff on weekends, and hasn't been for several months, so of course no immunizations. 1) I'm sure their available appointment hours can be updated to reflect this, preventing the issue in the first place, or 2) surely someone in the pharmacy gets notified of pending appointments and could have called to reschedule and explain.
Really, an unexusable poor customer service experience. No wonder no one recommends Walgreens anymore.

Walmart has better customer service than this place. Which is crazy, because Walgreens is stereotyped to be better than Walmart. When I asked for help, they were so lazy and rude about it. I definitely will not be coming back.

They are always so friendly and super fast. If you utilize their rewards program and coupons you can get really really really good deals and free stuff all the time. All the managers are so helpful and friendly.

I have been waiting for 5 days to get medications prescribed for my mother after discharge from the hospital. I have contacted the pharmacy twice. Both times, my call was answered by a tech, I assume, that must hate her job. She was rude from the first word out of her mouth, unwilling to help, sarcastic. I would be embarrassed if I was Walgreen's and employed such a deplorable person with no customer service skills or compassion for others. I will never give them my business again.

Rude staff. Went in for two things because I don't shop here often. One of the things was placed in the wrong area so the price that I thought it was was incorrect. I told the cashier who called over the manager. I told the manager of the price on the register was accurate I didn't want the item anymore but I would show her where it was placed so if it was placed incorrectly it couls be changed. She walked with me to the area and pointed that it was the incorrect item like I was arguing and she continued to talk down to me saying that it wasn't the right price and I "wasn't going to get it for that" I replied that I already had the cashier void the transaction because I didnt want that item since it was in the wrong spot and wasn't going to pay that price. I had another item but told the cashier I'd be happy to put it back but I wasn't going to purchase that item either. Wasn't going to give money to a business with managers that act like this. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a retail store. I won't be shopping here anytime soon.

Young cashier was rude and argumentative about clearance signage .Then tried to charge me for the higher price item that was marked clearance but wasn’t in register after I said I didn’t want it . My debit card was not being read was yelled at “take out your card and put it back in “ before she threw my items in a sack. I now know why I seldom shop here. Doubt if I will go back
