Waited 20 minutes for prescription at drive thru. Staff member at window was il prepared to handle volume of customers.

Rude staff. Went in for two things because I don't shop here often. One of the things was placed in the wrong area so the price that I thought it was was incorrect. I told the cashier who called over the manager. I told the manager of the price on the register was accurate I didn't want the item anymore but I would show her where it was placed so if it was placed incorrectly it couls be changed. She walked with me to the area and pointed that it was the incorrect item like I was arguing and she continued to talk down to me saying that it wasn't the right price and I "wasn't going to get it for that" I replied that I already had the cashier void the transaction because I didnt want that item since it was in the wrong spot and wasn't going to pay that price. I had another item but told the cashier I'd be happy to put it back but I wasn't going to purchase that item either. Wasn't going to give money to a business with managers that act like this. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a retail store. I won't be shopping here anytime soon.

Young cashier was rude and argumentative about clearance signage .Then tried to charge me for the higher price item that was marked clearance but wasn’t in register after I said I didn’t want it . My debit card was not being read was yelled at “take out your card and put it back in “ before she threw my items in a sack. I now know why I seldom shop here. Doubt if I will go back

Went there twice during work to pick up prescriptions that were sent over the day before for severe allergic reaction. They were not filled. They either need more help or figure out their priorities

It’s absolutely ridiculous that the pharmacy drive thru is this slow. Too many moments of sitting for 20 to 30 minutes waiting to get to the window. The service needs to be better. If they are shorthanded then someone needs to get them more help.

Walgreens is my go-to spot it has the best people to work there and the best service and if I can't find it they usually tell me if they've got it or not. I can quickly go in and out whether not having to wait. But like all other places when they get busy they do get slow.

Called to ask about my Covid test and the lady hung up on me and was very rude. Told me my test would be ready within 2 hours….it’s been 12 now and I am still waiting to let my job know if I can work or not.
