Store absolute garbage do not go 2 broken phones out of box tell you it's phone company's fault . Long hair bandana wearing fruit loop district manager what a joke . Do not not not go here. Iam sure you're not especially with the mouth breather district manager whom smelt looked like he just climbed out of his mom's basement and claimed working the store is the same as being in the military. I will continue to tell everyone and anyone I know not to go to that store and even at my local veteran groups. Sells broken phone then clai.s it's now the sellers problem.to get ahold manufacturers. So much wrong with this store I feel bad for store manager because he good guy. Agai. Nobody go here less you want problems

The 2 guys that was in there were great. Customer service was great & was pretty knowledgeable about the different phone stats/features.

Brandon the manager at this location is awesome. Has great customer service and very respectful and helpful in answering questions. His workers are also awesome. Would highly recommend them.

The worker kept trying to upsell me. He didn't seem to know much about pricing and other issues either and was unwilling to find the answers. The worst thing, though, was that he left the charge cord out of the box. Then he and his manager refused to send us the cord even though we live 40 miles away. The manager told us we could drive back and get the cord or we could pay to have it shipped. If it is their fault, they should pay for shipping.
