Never a good experience with FedEx. Either wrong address, item in wrong location, or doesn't meet the time frame given.

If you're having issues with FedEx or delivery their number one customer service person to talk to is Trina she helped me out of a very tight fix and made me a loyal FedEx customer. She definitely went above and beyond and her actions were greatly appreciated.

The lazy driver for this branch drops the packages 1000 feet from my front door and then lies about why he did it. Called customer service and they did nothing to fix it. Use UPS.
