The Pittsburg branch dropped the ball on filing my vehicle lien release paperwork. 8 weeks late! I called the Indy branch, where I had the loan, and Cami and her Mgr processed the paperwork, faxed it to my Cty Tag Office, and then called them to confirm they received it. I highly recommend the branch and staff in Indy!!
