Traded in my vehicle for something more reliable and accessible for my disabled son. Aaron was wonderful to work with, from start to finish. The process was pretty easy and all of the staff made it feel like a “good time” instead of a boring transaction. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a welcoming environment to purchase a vehicle from.

Worst experience. Do not go here. My daughter had her van towed here 2/17/25 they never called her for any updates on her van. She had to call them every week and they always had some excuse like the mechanic that’s working on your car keeps calling in sick. This place sucks at communicating with customers. I had to call them yesterday and speak to them about the issues and all of a sudden the van is fixed. It was done last Friday 3/21/25 and no one called and told her because of the communication problems the person that fixed never told anyone that it was done. We didn’t get her van back until 3/26/25 that is ridiculous. Take your vehicle anywhere but here. This is a horrible place .

Our truck pulling our 38 foot camper broke down on 400 highway between fredonia and Parsons. After being towed to the dealership, although they were a week out from any new repairs, they had us up and running within an hour. Next truck we need to purchase will be through the wonderful people at Quality Motors!

Traveling, through Independence, our 2014 F150 broke down with a bad water pump. This was at 2:00 PM. Came to Quality Motors and they helped arrange a tow to their shop. They replaced the part and had me back on the road by 5:00 PM. My previous experience at a different Ford dealer was such that I expected the repair would take at least 4-5 days. They were courteous and professional. Best car service in this area!!! Thanks guys!
