We got a flat during Holiday travel out of state. AAA left us stranded in an unsafe place for 3 hours before they contacted Quality Wrecker. They came out ASAP and went above and beyond to make sure my car was secure and we were safe for the night. Then the following day they helped us get everything sorted out and my tire changed (on a Sunday when everywhere was closed and Walmart was out of my tire).I can’t thank them enough. It was a very stressful situation and they really took care of us like family. I can’t thank Ray and Casey enough. You guys helped us when AAA let us down.Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

If for any reason your vehicle gets impounded do yourself a favor and request ANY OTHER WRECKER SERVICE!!! They charge a daily impound fee, which is to be expected, but when no body is available to release your vehicle all day during regular business hours on a weekday, sounds kinda suspect to me. So unless you just want to pay to be without your vehicle longer and deal with unpleasant rude people , call someone else!

We called AAA at 4:50pm to tow a vehicle from Pennsylvania & Myrtle in Indy. They contacted Quality Wrecker & we were told they would be here by 5:19pm. AAA takes the make & model (1 ton crew cab pickup) so it should have been known. Driver supposedly drove by and then told AAA the pickup was too big. AAA didn’t have notes saying driver had contacted them & when AAA called Quality didn’t answer. Driver wasn’t decent enough to take 30 seconds to pull in and tell me himself that he couldn’t do the job. He just left me sitting here for two hours!! UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Thank you again for rescuing me! ðŸŒI was so grateful that I kissed this tow truck guy. He graciously allowed me to do so. It was late, my car broke down, I was exhausted.

Took three days to deliver my wrecked car to the body shop 30 miles away. The explanation for the delay was the roads are too dangerous..Really your in a 10 ton tow truck and we got 2 inches of snow.
