Filled out the online form for service and got a call thr next morning. Jesse said they don't service my brand of dryer (Insignia) but gave me his opinion on the problem. That information allowed me the fix the issue myself and learn a bit about appliance maintenance.

Our refrigerator was not cooling…called Jim’s Appliance ..and within 3 hrs a repair man was at our place …diagnosed the problem..had supplies on the truck…and repaired it! Very professional…fast..and fabulous!!! Highly satisfied and definitely recommend!!!
