Pierce was very helpful on troubleshooting my engine light on my 2002 f-150. Hard to find the staff nowadays to even ask you if you need help, Pierce had exceptional customer service that should be made an example of. Auto zone definitely needs more people like Pierce.

They may be a good staff, but they do not go that extra mile when someone needs it. I originally had given them 3 stars. I changed it to 4 stars. Because I have been contacted by the store owner even though the issue wasn't resolved to help my situation, I truly believe he did try. In this case it's unfortunate, but they did try to resolve the matter.

Our daughter lives in Kansas and we live in Oklahoma. She had an issue with her car and had to get a part she was scared to change. They explained it to her while we were on the phone with her. This was the 18th of November. We can’t thank these guys enough for taking care of our girl. Y'all are awesome!!
