Iola Auto Parts LLC is a helpful and reliable auto parts store in town. They have a good selection of parts for cars, diesel trucks, and other hardware. The staff is knowledgeable, quick, and honest, often knowing what customers need even before they ask. They are able to get parts quickly, sometimes arriving earlier than expected. Customers appreciate that if they don’t have a part in stock, they will find and order it for them. The owners treat their employees well, creating a friendly atmosphere. Many customers have had positive experiences, praising the helpful service, quick turnaround, and the friendly staff who make shopping there a pleasant visit.
The only auto parts store in town that could help and they were helpful in getting the part I needed in short order, in fact they got it in a day earlier than expected

I was working in Iola from out of town and needed a belt for an hvac unit that nobody within an hour seemed to have. These last place I called happened to be to these guys and they had exactly what I needed. Good selection of parts for everything from cars, diesel trucks and other hardware. Customer service has improved over the years I believe.
