Do not go to Us Cellular. The experience was deceitful at best. The store manager Nicole helped me. I wanted the new iPhone 17 pro. They had advertised for 4 lines for $90 plus you get up to $1000 for a new phone. There were some red flags. The first one was that the plan does not work with smart phones. You have to add $10 per line. The second red flag was activation fees. I was told that they had a promotion that they would be waved. The third red flag is that when we were doing paper work Nicole would go directly to the signature line so I could not read what I was signing. The fourth red flag is that Nicole said my before tax amount is $112 and my after tax amount is $155 my bill is $390.25 where she added insurance without my acknowledgement. I found that out through customer service which advised I have a 14 day return policy. I feel like the entire encounter was shady and unethical. I called the store to get the district managers contact information they took my number but have not contacted me yet. My advice is to not go to the store because you might be taken advantage of like me.

Ever since Boost bought US Cellular I have had horrible coverage. Unable to get on FB and other websites. I can log into Facebook, but not Facebook messenger and it feels like US Cellular did me dirty. I am now looking for cell services in other towns. This sucks and so does Boost and US Cellular🤬🤬

Would not recommend this company as they charge way too much and when switching and paying off your phones they will not unlock them in a reasonable timely manner and will not give you a receipt for such payment. We have talked to multiple people to Include the Iola store that states they cannot give the receipt. So if you switch to a company that says they will pay your phones off with a receipt you can’t do it as they won’t give you the receipt.
