We had an absolutely amazing experience with Gerber Collison & Glass. I believe it was Tonya who was helping us and she was so kind and called weekly with updates. They took a super stressful situation for us and made everything effortless. I will definitely be coming back with any future needs. It also appeared as if they detailed our vehicle after fixing it which was unexpected but so appreciated! Would recommend to every one see them for collision and glass needs. Thank you guys so much!

Hopefully you'll never have to meet these folks BUT IF YOU DO, you will be so pleased with the work they do! After fixing up Pearls ouchie, they even hand washed her, inside & out! And, they completed the job a week early!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GROUP OF FINE FOLKS!!

I HIGHLY recommend the Junction City Gerber team to anyone needing auto collision repair! They went above and beyond for us and delivered high quality expert repair ahead of schedule. Our situation involved some unique circumstances and they handled everything beautifully, including working with the insurance company! We had such a stress free experience, and that was absolutely contributable to the awesome communication they maintained with us, keeping us informed throughout the entire job. I can’t say enough about the entire staff at the Junction City shop - from the office and estimating staff, to the experts actually performing the repairs. I was completely impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care that went into the work they did for us. Our family truly appreciates the service and professionalism you showed us! I would recommend Gerber Junction City to everyone!

They cashed the check from GEICO July 15th but here it is September 11th and haven't even started the repairs!!! Matter of fact, idiots called today and asked if we knew our car had hail damage!?!? DUH!! Your shop supposedly did the estimate back in July after it sustained damage from a horrible storm!!! So now here we wait, car is in the shop and they didn't even do a Full and accurate estimate plus waited to find out that one part is gonna be on back order!!!! Incompetence!!! Probably should have ordered that part 2 months ago when you cashed that check for work that wasn't even started!!!! Beyond disgusted!!!

Excellent customer service. They did an excellent job on fixing my vehicle making it just as brand new . They regularly call me to give me updates whether it be back order on parts or when the work was finish.

"Gerber Collision & Glass", but they don't have any glass technicians employed at their Junction City location. Kind of defeats the purpose of the company name.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE EVEN IF IT IS PREFERRED BY YOUR INSURANCE!!!! THEIR STAFF WILL NOT GIVE YOU A FAIR ESTIMATE. COLBI SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!! SHE NEEDS TO EDUCATE HERSELF!!!!!! I fought to have my car taken to them because I know one tech does high quality work. But now I am going to go completely out of town and not keep it local. I even brought it back here locally l to expedite everything and keep business in town but they cannot even start on it until mid -September. I will not ever recommend anyone to take anything here EVER! I am sadly disappointed in their staff. Ridiculous that it’s obviously been through one hell of a catastrophic storm. Go watch the videos and compare the other damage. That vehicle was perfect before I got caught in that storm. It even lifted the gaskets around the windows. I guess I was the only one stupid enough to take it there and expect them to know what they were doing.Service: Body & Trim

I dropped my car off around the 4th of July to be repaired after someone hit me. After dealing with insurance (nightmare also) we get a call that Gerber can NOT fix my car. They said it was to "labor intensive" to replace the rear quarter panel after having my car for a month. 0 out of 10 do NOT recommend!!!

Gerber Collision and Glass is best place to take your car to be repaired after and accident.I recently got into a car accident and had my car towed to Gerber Collision and Glass.From the start this company has been very responsive and caring.The company give you a call every Tuesday and Thursday to give a personal update on the services being done to your vehicle, an estimated timeline of when your parts arrive, repair cost, and a timeline of when your vehicle will be ready! 10/10 SERVICE!!!I have USAA and my only two option were Briggs Automotive and Gerber Collision and Glass. I selected Gerber Collison and Glass because of the companies amazing reputation of fast quality service.A family friend brought their 2022 Kia K5 to Briggs Automotive after and accident and it took 4-5 months to get serviced….. yet at the end of the 4-5 months Briggs Automotive said the car was totaled. Our family friend ended up selling their car to Briggs Automative not even 2 days later! The company sold the 2022 Kia K5 for the same price as a new car!!!If you get in a car accident, the best place to bring your car is to Gerber Collision and Glass!!! They excellent, they went above and beyond, I went in for a part replacement and they put the part on washed and vacuumed my truck, it smells so clean in here, I was almost afraid to get in, Thanks Gerber, y'all get a ? high five.ATMOBBQ
