“There was an unfortunate incident that needed to be addressed on my vehicle. I took it to TO Haas initially because they were able to align my vehicle and another place I called couldn’t.. The customer service here was top notch. They gave me a price before they started working, the work was done quickly and my van drives wonderfully. They even called and said they noticed that my van needed an oil change and offered to take care of it while it was already in the shop. That was so helpful because I struggle to get all of my tasks done and I so appreciate them looking out for me. I will definitely use them again.”

“Had brakes done something wasn't right the first time so we had to get them redone but they were quick to get me in to get it done and also put the correct lug nuts on for me. They were not able to get my car in at my appointment time so it took longer than expected but still employees were all nice.”

“Glenn is an excellent mechanic and he is honest, fair and reasonable. He will show you what the problem is (with a visual aid) and how he is going to fix it. It gives you a better understanding of what is wrong with your vehicle. We have been bringing our vehicles to him for years and by far he is the best mechanic in this area. “My daughter's car broke down out on K-18 on a Saturday night after all garages were closed and we didn't know where she could take it. A friend of a friend suggested Mobile Car Care. They communicated with her well, explained things and treated her respectfully. The one feedback she would offer would be some place secure to leave her key as the only place she and the tow truck driver saw was a mailbox outside so she left the car and then had to return on Monday when they were open to give them her key. Their rates were very reasonable too. Would go back, though we'd rather not have to!”

“Nobody likes to have mechanical issues in your vehicle. Even worse when you can't fix things yourself. This is why I called Jeremy and told him what was going on and I've tried everything and could not figure it out myself. Jeremy called me and let me know what was going on and was very honest with me about the cost and how long it was going to take. Jeremy called me and kept me updated on the patient. He even called me over the weekend. Jeremy is very dedicated and skilled at his profession. I will definitely be going back if any of my vehicles need the care Jeremy takes to get any of them back up and running again. I may even take it to him for the basics as well like an oil change. “Always top quality service at Reich's. They put a engine in my son's old Mitsubishi eclipse. And I have taken my mercedes ml350 to them twice. They are very thorough! They will tell you everything you need to know if you ever have a issue. And they have great customer service. Never rude or pushy. You may pay a bit more but the work is worth every bit of what they charge. 10 out of 10 I would recommend.”

“I set an appointment on a Saturday morning. The store is in the middle of a remodel so there were challenges that wouldn't be part of the regular experience. All safety procedures were followed, ground guide into and out of the bay for example. The technician replaced the tires and value stems (TPMS service packs), balanced the tires, and remounted with anti-seize. They torque the lugs, and have a second tech verify, then drive the car in a figure 8 and check them once again. Overall, I wouldn't have done any step differently.”
