“We have banked here for more than 10 years and have been happy with them the entire time. We have had our issues, but they are generally a good back to be with, caring and supportive.We had a house fire and lost our Safety Deposit Box key, and I went in to have the box drilled so that we could get a new one. Normally this costs $125, which I was willing to pay, but they actually waived the charge (without my asking) because of the circumstances. When my account was hacked and used on Ebay, they waived those charges as well. The bank CARES for it's community members, and that, in itself, is rare”

“I have been banking here for almost 10 years now and when I tell you I absolutely love it, I mean it! I had an issue recently with being charged for something I didn't get and went in and spoke with someone and they told me that they would be able to get it credited back to me without any issues to my debit card and instead of just ending it there, they made sure to call and update me with the situation before the close of business. May seem small but their customer service skills are absolutely amazing and the reason I will continue to bank with them. Huge thank you to Sonny (I hope I spelled her name right) and Tammy the branch manager! Can't recommend them enough!”

“I needed a refund on my debit card, Verizon auto-charged me after canceling and switching to T-Mobile. The personal checking banker collected the information, verified it and granted the refund. Many banks would not have. Whenever I have gone to the teller counter they were efficient and often we enjoy conversation together. There's no fees for the checking account or mandatory minimums. If I recommend a local bank I recommend Exchange Bank.”
