My vehicle was wrecked. My insurance company referred me to this location. After getting one reservation shut down I was told that I would be on the waitlist. Me, being proactive, called again to check on availability. Because of a disagreement between someone associated to me, they will not provide me and my kids a way around. I was nice, understanding, as much as I can be for someone’s who vehicle was wrecked and I didn’t cause it. But someone ASSOCIATED with me hurt an employees feelings so I’m being punished for it. Couldn’t really say what was said. I was not even in the area when this happened. A person that wasn’t even going to be driving this vehicle, whose name was not even going on the contract. Thank you enterprise for making my life harder. I have kids to get to school and work to go to.

I hit a deer about a month ago and was told by my insurance that I needed to drop my car off at the collision place and to call the rental car place. So I called the rental car place and some lady answered and I told her about my situation and said very rudely that I need to call the collision place to make an apt and that she couldn't help me until I did that. So I called and made the apt and called them back and she was still rude in her time saying she would try to come up with something by then. The day that I take my car over to the collision place they told me it would be a month before they could get me in so I called them and told them I wouldn't need it for today but on the date I turn my car in and she was rude again saying that I shouldn't have rushed it, and they said they would see me in a month. I showed up at the collision place and they called enterprise to come pick me up and when the lady got there she could clearly see me as I am sitting right by the door, she walked up to the front desk and mingled a little and then she went to the back and mingled and came back with a cookie in her hand, then asked the lady at the from desk if I was the one she was picking up and she said yes. The lady proceeded to ask me if I was ready, like I don't have other things to do. Then we got to the store and she asked me if this was ok or did I need a mini van? I said I thought I was getting a mid size SUV like mine or similar? She said this is all we have, then during the inspection everything was put down wrong on the sheet for previous damages and when I asked her to change it she said she did and so I asked if I could get a new print out of it and she told me she couldn't right now because she still needed to go in and change it, but everything is fine you won't be charged. Then as I was getting in the vehicle she was trying to close the door she almost closed the door on my leg. I started to drive home and started feeling nauseous due to the smoke smell in the car, it just seemed to get stronger as I drove. I called my insurance company as soon as I got home and will be taking this back immediately. I will never go back there nor recommend....if I could give a"0" rating I would, horrible all around.

Staff is great. Car selection at the Junction branch is trash, I never get the reserved size of car. Reserve a Standard, always end up with a compact. Every time i am met with the same excuse, "It's all we have"

This place is a joke. Worse enterprise I have been to ever. They do not know what they are doing at this place. Would not recommend using this location. They like to rip people off.

The JC satellite store appears to be a one-man office. I needed to rent a car, and after reserving online, I endeavored to reach someone from Enterprise to pick me up. Had to call 3 times before the agent in the JC office would commit to having someone pick me up. I rented a midsize vehicle because it was less expensive and was told I was upgraded for free to a small Ford Escape with a hinky key fob. When I returned the car today early, I learned the JC office doesn't have after-hours drop off, which I hadn't been told and would have been a problem as my return time was 5:00 - closing. The agent was helping a male customer when I arrived so I waited. The agent received a customer call & placed on hold to help the male customer. When it was my turn and I reported the fob as inconsistent, the agent decided to tear the fob apart before helping me close out. Then he took the call, and went back to working on the fob. I had to request that he close me out as a priority over messing with the fob. When we headed outside to inspect the car, he let the door close on me. I felt like my business wasn't a priority to him. I don't recommend the Junction City Enterprise office unless it's a last resort, as it was in my situation.

Very unprofessional behavior by the staff in my presence. They were also dishonest with me about the cost of the rental. I am not happy.

Not a great experience. Had a problem with an employee that is working there currently. Was told there was a car for me after booking one three weeks in advance and I called today to make sure it would be ready. They didn’t even have one. She told me she would figure it out and call me back. She never did. Hour later I had to call back and she gave me attitude.

They were able to get me a car. But still very frustrating making reservations, going to pick up a car, and being told they did not have any!

Rented a one way SUV while visiting my military child. Took Uber to the rental place to be told, no SUV available after the Uber left, no like I had any options. No contact ahead of time & car cost more that quoted for the SUV. Then after drop off at another location, the rude guy I rented from had the nerve to call me ask TELL me to fill out the survey with very satisfied. I don't think so. Just a warning, Enterprise in Junction City, KS not a great place to go.

My experience with Enterprise has been terrible. From them overcharging me to taking DAYS to reach back to me. I spoke with Kaitlyn from this location several times to have a manager reach out to me regarding the situation and neither she nor the female manager that manages both JC and the Manhattan location reached out to me. I had to escalate this and report the issues with the corporate enterprise line. Never renting from this branch again. They're very inconsiderate.

Although my concerns with customer service by an employee (not Sheila) were addressed by Branch Manager, I do not recommend the Junction City Enterprise rental service.

Worst customer service. Never have I been treated so poorly. When I disputed customer service and charge I was told rudely to call their manager.

They do not care about there customers. The app allows you to make reservation even though their so no cars available, leading to canceled trips and wasted money. Enterprise does not care about our time and money... They have an automated response to 1 star reviews, such as the reply on my review, to make it seem like they are "addressing it".

I wanna personally thank Mrs.Shelia and Mrs. Jasmine for outstanding service! Me and my family needed a car for family emergency Mrs. Shelia and Mrs. Jasmine was there for me all the way I’m beyond thankful!! Very great customer service very sweet and very helpful!! I definitely recommend getting your car from Junction City Enterprise you won’t be disappointed!!
