I was on the way home from Rocky Mountain to Atlanta and had some problems with the tires. They helped me resolved problem as quickly as possible such that I could get onto the road home safely. The manager was super nice and friendly. I would like to thank him for what he has done for me.

Had to get my bfs vehicle towed in on Saturday 6/28, it broke down on the highway. Sunday we went in to pick it up and they said they found nothing wrong with it. On the way home it broke down again. They seem to never fully fix the problem or know what's wrong. Took it took a completely different shop. Never again with Firestone.

Appointment was on time. Had a quick turnaround. The guy at the service counter was very friendly and courtious.

Had my car towed here since it stopped working on the highway. Firestone knew nothing as to why a car was just sitting in the lot and they had keys for it. I called them 8am to let them know what’s up. Drew helped me out. Wonderful guy. This call took place on a Friday. He said the car would be done that same day, I gave him my warranty info so they can reach out and cover what they can. There was some discrepancies Drew and his higher ups tried to fix for me with the warranty company about labor rates. I call later that day to tell him I’ll pay the difference as I really need my car back. But he isn’t there. I would find out that he goes home at 2pm everyday and doesn’t give me an update before he goes as he knows I need the car ASAP. I had to wait until Monday to go back to the shop. Around 5pm there’s someone helping me at the desk and you can tell he doesn’t want to talk to me. I told him he needs to call my warranty as they haven’t gotten the invoice and all he says is that he sent it and doesn’t want to be on hold for hours on end… he was never put on hold. He also mentioned my car was fixed FRIDAY. Drew never told me nor did the front desk guy. I ended up getting a quote for $145 and the end total came out to be over $350. Never going back to this Firestone again
They get one star cause I cant go lower and because Drew (the manager!!) did some decent work. But whoever that man was at the front desk. Get your attitude together man.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stopped in for a simple tire repair on a cross country trip. The guy was such a jerk I literally left and went somewhere else.

On a road trip with a rental car. Drew and his team was able to squeeze me in after a call from roadside assistant to fix a tire. They were super busy that morning and I was extremely pleased they made time to help. Drew was professional with great customer service.
We were back in no time enjoying our family visit.Thanks again to Drew and his team.

Do NOT come here. I went for a check engine light and it was a simple hose repair. Then I got a call that my battery (which had started just fine an hour before) was completely dead and did I want to replace it at an exorbitant rate. I went in because this sounded suspicious, and got another story from the mechanic about a snap and a broken valve and the battery just testing low. I had it towed somewhere else to see what else they'd broke and pay less for a new battery. I took my car in, and towed it out. I was also lied to, get work done here at your own risk.P.S. the service writer was rude and told me not to come back. I was being perfectly polite, if a bit irritated. I was composed and polite but treated like I had ripped them off somehow.
