Absolutely ridiculous about the loops you have to jump through to maintain communication with this company including over 5 phone numbers to call and non responsive to their email complaints. I paid my bills and any late fees and they continue to not allow my key code to not work or let me in my storage unit. Nobody actually works at the site location in junction so it’s an even bigger inconvenience because they are not capable of returning customer service issues. Truly a horrible place to store your things if you happen to need them to fix any sort of problems you might be having.

They were amazing at first. At this point nobody is ever in the office and code is not working at the gate. The company has not been returning voicemails or responding to emails either. I would just like to retrieve my items at this point and can’t even do that. Extremely unprofessional.

Should be black listed. Once they discovered I was deployed they cut my lock, closed out my unit paper work, stole my deposit, stole over $1,000 worth in tools, and put their own lock on the unit (they had the key) other than that they appear to be very nice people. ? upper class thieves ? good luck Soldiers!She IS the manager. That’s interesting, she said that’s who she was waiting on to resolve the issue.

This is a follow up on another review made by my spouse. May 2022 our unit was closed out. My husband was still deployed at this time over seas. The claim made my jc storage is impossible. Do they not check IDs can anyone just walk in and close out a unit and mysteriously put a new lock on it and have the key????? Sadly we paid for a service and ended up losing items from a storage unit bc of the lack of Security steps. It’s not hard to check a persons ID

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely rude!!! Especially the older gentleman. Yells at customers when need assistance. Horrible! Never again!

Super rude... Inquired about self storage for a 10x10 unit and the only question he asked was "What are you storing?" I answered extra household goods we aren't using and he hung up the phone. Tried to call back thinking we accidentally got disconnected and he sent me to voicemail.Bad business practice, happy to take my business elsewhere.

I never right reviews, but Rudolph the owner of the facility is a very down to earth person and good guy to talk to. I had to come on here to show my support for him.In 2019 I had to pack up my home and put it away in storage for awhile. The same year while I was away there was a major flood that came through the area. Hearing of the flood, and that even cars had been flooded and were in need major repairs. I was concerned to say the least, that my belongings in storage would have major water damage. To my surprise they were still as good as new upon my return. The facility is well trenched and if that flood didn't damage anyone's belongings there I don't for see any water damage happening in the future.My advise to anyone storing sensitive items, anywhere not just here, that you do your do diligence and properly prepare. Keep electronics away from the floor and saran wrap furniture to prevent humidity from getting into them and causing that funky mildew smell from effecting them.Over all, I'll be storing there again in the future.
