Got an oil change..all good...said they checked all my tires I knew 1 was low...I went back in and told him all my tire pressures were the same as even I go there..he said drive it around for 2 or 3 miles so the pressures will change...lol..
Don't think I'll be going back if the charge for stuff they're not doing....

They did the oil change correctly but what they forgot to do is screw back the plastic assembly on the bottom of my 2023 Dodge Charger which resulted in damage to my vehicle.

Avoid this place like the plague. Oil filter literally fell out the bottom of the car halfway home. My fiance waited almost two hours in the hundred degree heat for their tow to arrive because they would not call a different company. After getting the vehicle back, they claimed it only lost a quart of oil and that it was a manufacturer issue with the oil filter. Halfway home, the second time low oil pressure light comes on and absolutely nothing on the dipstick. Donnie has got to be the absolute worst manager in history.

As I pulled up, I saw another vehicle leaving and the guy throwing his hands up like he was frustrated. I sat here and looked around to realize there was literally not a single employee in the entire building and it’s wide open, so they’re definitely open. Don’t know if everybody just quit or what’s going on, but I waited for like four minutes and then I just took off.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
They lost my key. All employees spent over an hour looking for it to realize they sent it home with a different VW owner. Took over an hour and a half to get my key back to me once the whole ordeal was done.

DO NOT GET AN OIL CHANGE HERE. We thought we could trust this place. They stripped and tightened the oil plug to the point it won't come out. They are over priced even with military discount. They refuse to fix the issue. We called them and the assistant manager was friendly and said that this happens all the time *red flag* and said he will have the manager call back. The manager never called so we call back and talk to the manager and he said they weren't responsible and they won't pay to fix it. We have the sticker and paper from the last oil change and everything. Do not come here.

They were ok. The price was super high. If you are going through Salina or Topeka, save your 140 bucks and get all the same, or better, services from Valvoline.

i’ve been here quite a bit lol. they’re usually pretty fast unless they’re busy >.< they offer military discount and have vending machines in the lobby! i’ve personally never had an issue here. big bonus is the cute worker with a septum, big green (i think) eyes, and brown hair ☺️

Went in this morning 8/29/24 for an oil change and a tire rotation I've been to this location many times before and no issues until today! My issue isn't with the oil change service it's the tire rotation and the debacle it turned out to be so let me explain. I was sitting in the lobby watching them perform the work and I noticed they were doing a straight front to back rotation which is common for a one directional tire but these aren't that. I have all terrains on my truck which is a 2018 ram 1500 so nothing special about the wheels other than aftermarket setup. Well I informed the shop guy who seemed to be in charge that I wanted a proper rotation for non directional tires and the guys overheard me and immediately stated grumbling about having to do it my way and that kinda rubbed me wrong but I didn't say anything. Then after the rotation I was still sitting there and they didn't torque the lug nuts and was putting the covers back on the wheels so I said something to that guy again and he said oh they torqued them I said I watched them not torque them and was concerned since I had to instruct you on how to rotate the tires. Anyways they torque the lug nuts get it all back together and I pay my bill. I'm satisfied with what I paid for till I get to my truck and look at the bill and seen a $20 uncharged for oversized vehicle now mind you I have a ram 1500 2wd not 4x4 with factory size wheels and a tire two sizes bigger and the response I got back from the shop manager was well our guys had to remove the lug nut covers to access the lug nuts and the wheels and tires were extra heavy so we charged the oversized fee. Now I don't mind paying for services and the occasional upcharged for certain things but to have a price for a service posted on your pricing board and then to just add in the extra fee without even mentioning it to me was in my opinion just robbery and I wanted to let everyone know about it! Told them they had lost my business and his response was well we have plenty more you won't be missed.That in conjunction with the lack of knowing how to do the job properly is why I'm posting this review and will do so daily. I try and support local shops but I'll be damned if I'll be treated like I don't matter and they can just steal my money. I would've paid the fee gladly had they been upfront about it and never complained a bit and they would still have my business.

My drain plug wasn't tightened enough and I had oil leaking for weeks I never had to worry about it because I pay 120 for an oil change and I expect a place that markets itself off being a professional oil change place would have thier lives together, I recently learned how to change my own oil check it and have my vehicle in the best condition it can be I reviewed this place badly a couple weeks ago and was done with it but when I went to change my own oil I had seen a purolator tech a cheap oil filter you can find on Amazon for 4$ at most on my vehicle which only supports 5k miles but on my sticker it was 20,000 miles between the next change, this infuriates me because I've been doing so much unknown damage to my 28,000$ nissian titian which I've been serving hard in the military to protect and pay it off, I just wish this place never existed and I would say go on the maps and do your research before going to a place that can't even do the bare minimum this place didn't just rob me but also did damage to my vehicle and I hope whoever is in management of the parts and people gets fired or goes through a training, teaching them what they need to do to run a good functional business, this place is cheap for a reason. DON'T COME HERE, just looking out.
