Please pay attention to these reviews. I am an Episcopal priest and went with King's because they are affiliated with North American. Do not use these people. First, they showed up with a truck that was too small. We had to follow up with a U-Haul truck to move the rest of our belongings. Second they showed up with only two people to do everything. Damage was done to a piece of furniture, and I pointed it out to the mover. He marked it on the papers I signed and said someone woulf come out and look at it. After two weeks, I called the office again and again. Got only a recording. Then I tried emailing Tod, who owns the company, again and again. No reply. My last of several emails I sent to him asked him to do the right thing and contact me. He did not. No replies from several phone calls and several emails. They aren't interested. The contract I signed with them was supposed to include insurance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

PLEASE, WHATEVER YOU DO, NEVER USE THIS GUY!!!!!!!They are very unprofessional; they will damage your property, and when you ask to be reimbursed, they will give you a runaround, tell you to call this person and that person, and leave you hanging.You will never get any help from them, and they don’t care.Scott is the worst person to work with; if you call him, he never picks up, and when he does and you try explaining your concerns, he will hang up. If the army is offering you these guys as an option, make sure you get pictures and documentation of your household goods and make sure they sign it. For damages, don’t waste your time talking to them; just go straight to JAG, and they will tell you what to do. Do this immediately after your move is complete.This is the worst moving company ever, and I don’t know why the army still uses them. If you can ask for a different moving company, please do, but once you see the name KINGs Moving Company, please run far away.You're better off moving on your property than this guy.

Ordered a massage chair, tracking shows Kings Moving received the item on 5/8/2025 transferred over from SAIA freight. No contact whatsoever in regards to setting a delivery date and installation. Contacted the company I bought the message chair from and they confirmed that they will no be contracting with Kings moving. Sketchy company. Do not recommend!

Ive had experience with a few moving companies from multiple PCS. The crew that came to unpack amd assemble my HHG was amazing. Everything from assembling a complex day bed that i lost the instructions to a few years ago, to moving over 6000 pounds within a very short amount of time while showing care towards my personal items. I couldn't say enough how professional and genuinely caring the crew was. Special thank you to Rob, Ty, and Mike.

Quick easy, loaded in about 30 min. Office folks super nice. Possible overnight parking, only room for one truck or possible on street parking.

I would not use these folks for another move if they were the last moving company on the planet. Unfortunately, we didn't really get the choice. I hope the army reconsiders the contract they've built with them - as we escelated our experience as high as it could go.The move was planned in a 3 day increment. 2 days packing, 3rd day is load out. A direct shipment so everything was pretty tight on time. Day one, they didn't show up until noon & left after 2 hours. Day 2 they didn't show up til 11, worked 3 hours. Day 3, they get in at about 10 am. Truck driver had already been & left & had to come back & they were there until after MIDNIGHT because they failed to get everything done in the timeline they were given. They made an already stressful endeavor - much much more stressful.They had very minimal help - to their defense. But instead of taking it up with their office - we had random people they knew coming in and helping with their job who were not known to anyone but them. It was sketchy as all get out. A lot of stuff has arrived broken, damaged & ugly.If you have been assigned kings moving, do yourself a favor and either beg for a reassignment or just do it yourself.

Check your PCS papers ahead and if you see this company listed - try to change it to something else. Being late, not having tools or even, get this, !not having boxes to pack with!, miscommunication within their own staff is just the beginning. They will wait till the afternoon of the last day to pack in your moving window and then drop-kick-slam all the heavy items on top of the fragile ones. They will bounce roll your TV down the stairs on the metal dolly, and damage all your furniture. Stay away from this unless you just want all your things ruined. Oh, any hardware to reassemble your furniture- you can kiss that goodbye as well.

We just moved from Wichita to D.C. and I am so pleased with how well Hardy and Hardy Jr did at packing our belongings. I’m nearly done unloading all boxes and haven’t found a damaged item yet. We had a horrible moving experience a few years ago and Hardy and his son assured me they would pack everything with care as if it were their own. He held to his word! Thank you!While a different moving company transported and drove our goods, Kings moving and storage did a great job with packing for this military move. The only I convenience was that they heavily underestimated the weight of our goods and had to come back again a few days later, otherwise it was a great experience.

The workers were nice but the inventory sucked they didn’t do it properly a brand new knife set went missing and a ton of stuff was broken including a huge dent in our tv

Bought a mattress set from JCPenney's and this company was supposed to deliver it but they called 15 minutes before they were going to be at the house. We couldn't be there so they took them back to the warehouse. Then we got all kinds of runaround and finally cancelled our order with JCPENNEY'S.
