If you want great service at great prices, this is the guy to talk too. Adam and his staff are awesome! This crew really cares about the people they serve and the work that they do. I just had my shocks replaced, and I can say that they did a fantastic job! If you want honest mechanics you can trust, they are at Lotts Auto Service. I highly recommend checking them out for any automotive services or issues.

I want to give this place 1 star but the customer service was nice. But I'd called ahead about the cost of an oil change, provided my own oil and filter. I was quoted $75 for labor. I showed up and had the service done and was pissed to be charged $108 plus tax. I'll never deal with Lott's again. Everyone else in town does oil changes for $75 that INCLUDE the oil and filter. Truly felt ripped off.

Lott's Auto Services provided me with one of the greatest customer service experience I’ve had. While traveling through Michigan to my last destination in Arizona, My Prius got Coolants overlow failed! and it was getting worse, I got two inspections they both suspect the Engine Head Gasket is blown, they gave me quotos around $3300-$4000 in Topeka, I was so much stressed out and worried about it. but thankfully in Junction City, I've worked really hard to source a good, reliable, honest!
while I was on a long road trip, since I visited in Kansas, mechanic and I've never felt more cared for than I do by Adam! He was exactly what to fix about the car got problem with the engine cooling circulation, NOT replacing the Head Gasket!~
you are by far the best one around. the team did on test drives what exactly I wanted. you are the Master of a mechanic! I really appreciate that the business is honest and very professional, Customer centric and communication is awesome! thank you!

Had a stripped bolt to extract from my motorcycle. He not only helps extract the bolt, he didn’t charge me for it. Good customer service. If there is any repair that should be done in my car , I know this is the place.

I was traveling and had car problems. I went to O’Reilys and they recommended that I go to Lotts. It was late in the afternoon and Adam looked at my car, diagnosed the problem and tried to find the part. He was absolutely the best thing to happen on a not so great day.

Very trustworthy individual. Doesn't chance the almighty dollar.If you're okay with spotty call answering and a slow turnaround you'll be rewarded with honest work and a fair price. I'll absolutely trust them with my future needs.
