THINK TWICE and read the fine print. Even if you clean out your unit early and disable your access…they will charge you the entire month. I used the unit for SIX DAYS and they kept the entire payment.
So at least make them earn the ‘unearned premium’ and keep that unit until midnight before your next payment.
I should’ve left a ness and junk in there; but I chose to do the right thing…even if they didn’t.

Trying to find the locker was confusing had to call and ask where it was also the code to the gate didn’t work till 24 hours later and I had to call to fix that. Was attacked by 1000 spiders while trying to make my account at the computer

easy to get a unit ! I was in doubt so i called, The Lady that answered the phone was amazingly helpful and she helped. nice unit. Very happy

Has decent prices the unit I have was clean and maintained easy to maneuver and find units lock on the front gate nice feature.

I have never met the proprietor in person but, each time we speak they are very pleasant. I have moved out of state and have planned to vacate my unit at least 3 times but didn’t make. They have always been accommodating, understanding my plight. I appreciate them .

I love that it is gated and you need a code to get in. I do think that they are overpriced for the sizes of the units.

Have been using this storage facility for over 20+ years and do not have anything bad to say. Whenever a problem presents itself the employees are pretty good at resolving it in a timely manner and as satisfactorily as possible for both parties involved. Employees that have interacted with throughout the years were always helpful and ensured my needs were taken care of. Nice location in the Junction City, KS, area as well. Hope this helps others.

So this company reported me to Google because they mishandled my daughter and said that my review was not accurate well it is accurate and they need to handle people a little better.

You can get a storage 24/7. It is very conveniently located, especially if you’re wanting to stay close to the base. I would have given 5 stars, but there are some communication scenarios I experienced. Overall, good place.
