Had brakes done something wasn't right the first time so we had to get them redone but they were quick to get me in to get it done and also put the correct lug nuts on for me. They were not able to get my car in at my appointment time so it took longer than expected but still employees were all nice.

Used to be one of the top shop in JC. Now, they don’t even do a courtesy call. Last time I had to call to check and they said it was done an hr ago and their responses was “don’t know why no one called you.” and this time. They never called after they said they would call when done even took our phone #s. Now I have to pick up my car tomorrow. It used to be customer first, and now they just hire people to fill up spots. This is two issues out of many that I had with them from tires to oil, and etc. if you want your car to get the service it needs for the money you’re paying then I would highly recommend that y’all take your business else where.

A great staff, have taken my car here for tires, oil changes, a some major work on my Prius. They are good to customers and I can rely on what advice they give concerning my car. I but the Michelin Defender tires. I have never had a flat on multiple sets, the pay in 6 months makes it easy to keep my car traveling with safe tires. My car's odometer has 192, 000,000 They check the tire health every 6 months.

Absolutely fantastic service! Took my car in for a small leak on the passenger rear tire and it was fixed in under 20 minutes. The staff are knowledgeable and professional and the waiting area is clean. I highly recommend this place next time you are looking for tires or to fix an air leak.

Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the service that I requested. However, the staff was friendly and they showed and explained the reason they could not do an alignment on my truck with the equipment they had due to my wheels and tire package. They could have easily fooled me but they were honest, and I appreciate that.
