Pushed my buddy's car to this shop after we got stranded at Stacy's next door. Asked for a jump start and they refused to help 3 Soldiers in uniform because they "don't loan tools and were behind on repairs". I did not ask to be loaned any tools, as we rolled the car to the front of their roll-up door. Had the car not been flooded, and started after sitting, we would have been out of luck due to the lack of hospitality and helpfulness of this shop. Very disappointing.

We picked up our Uhaul here and they were amazing!! 10 out of 10 service. They are some of the kindest places I have rented a uhaul from, and I have made several moves with uhaul!

I had such a hard morning jsut dying to get my moving truck and the gentleman at the counter was amazing helped me get squared away. I think he could tell I was so close to jsut losing my mind dealing with everyone else. If I was staying in town I would of definitely come back to him to bad I'm moving ! Definitely best and most friendly people in town!

Greg was amazing. I’m confused by all the nasty reviews on this page. I’ve just moved to KS and he was an incredible help. Great people skills, very kind, truly a tremendous help. Absolutely no price gouging, don’t believe any of that. I HIGHLY recommend taking your business here. Thank you Greg!

Fastest service I've ever had in my life! A wheel bearing failed on my pickup and took out a while slew of parts.The team pulled out all the stops to have my vehicle safe and road worthy in less than 2 days ?.They were very reasonable on pricing and walked me through everything they repaired and why.I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs service from basic to major. They can do it all at Progressive Auto!!

This guy has a really nasty attitude. He will play nice untill he realize he can’t squeeze money out of you. Went to him told him that my car was not moving he said “tow it here”. I did that the next day and when I got there he said it will need to drop outside but when it’s time to put it inside he’s gonna call another tow truck to put it inside, however am gonna have to pay for that tow again. Surprised, asked why cause that didn’t make any sense. He literally threw a fit, threw his hands up in the air and yell “take your car and leave”. LITERALLY!! And I had to. My thing is, how am I gonna pay for a tow already to drop the car on YOUR premises, at the door of your shop. And still you expect me to pay for another tow again to push it 5feet in the shop! (Which I know he’d wanna charge another $100 minimum for) Makes no sense. That’s why you buy shop equipment such as Dollies to move vehicles around and hire workers. PS *he does not have any workers that should speak volume! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUISNESS TO HIM!

Owner has terrible people skills. Google is used for good AND bad reviews. Helps people know who and who not to go to. There was definitely some good reviews, but to see the one star rating that high? I doubt all these customers are wrong. Work on your customer service skills and you'll get better reviews. Easy as that. No argument here, just stating facts.

Went in to pick up a UHAUL tow behind car hauler from these folks and upon the inspection we realized my equipment was beat and broken. They helped me quickly, cost effectively, and explained everything incredibly. The couple working here are kind and personable and extremely honest and kind folks. Thanks again guys I appreciate you!

Didn’t even get service from this place. The mechanic or owner kicked me out within seconds of me getting there, yelling at me because he had to work on a Sunday and said he couldn’t take any questions which is all wanted to do, ask a question about the uhauls. That alone shows no good customer service and I would be worried if I ever had to ever take my car there. Really bad experience within just seconds. Update July 4,2022, how was I able to get in if the doors are closed and gate is closed lol, just like you have cameras I also have a dash cam. Please don’t do business with this guy, just by the other reviews and how he argues with customers shows the lack of customer service.

PLEASE USE CAUTION! I had a horrible experience here. You can simply read through his reviews and his responses that he is horrible with customer service. Our car sat here and was never fixed. I had to tow it somewhere better. I don't even need to provide details just read through the reviews. Save time and find another place to take your car. The reviews speak for themselves. I was there August 2021, Silver Chevy Malibu. Your service is so terrible you don't remember. Focus on improving your customer service skills instead of reporting folks to Google. These comments speak for themselves! You don't remember dropping my keys off at Family Dollar on 6th street? Like I said read the comments folks!

Was told it could be brought in for the warning lights to be checked at no cost since they just got done working on it less then a month ago, brought the car in, they had it for two days and then when i went to pick it up charged me $203. Said the labor for checking the warning lights and testing a few parts was $178. Was lied to about it being free and will never bring a vehicle there again.

Greg exceeded all expectations I had. My daughter was on her way home to Indiana, from Colorado on her first vacation. Unfortunately her car broke down in Junction City, Kansas. I got a call from Greg. He let me know exactly what he had done, and his plan for getting them back on the road. He used his best judgment and was honest and kind. He even checked back with me to make sure they got home ok. Restored my faith in humanity. Thank you so much Greg. God BlessRandy McCune
