“I’ve received excellent service at this establishment every time I walked through the door. Fast, friendly, and courteous service every single time. Thank you.🙏🏽💞”
“The customer service is extremely well and accommodating. Gabrielle was very patient and understanding our situation when it came to connection cutting out on the phone and we managed to find a unit fit for us.”
“I called from out of state and spoke to Allie to rent unit for my son and she was great- patient, efficient and she answered all my questions. It’s been a positive experience doing business with All American.”
“I have never met the proprietor in person but, each time we speak they are very pleasant. I have moved out of state and have planned to vacate my unit at least 3 times but didn’t make. They have always been accommodating, understanding my plight. I appreciate them .
Thank you.”
“Me and my son where playing with his plane and the wind caught it and sent it over the fence I called the owner after the place was closed after hours with it a few mins he gave me a code to go grab it I can't thank them enough”
“I had my storage unit for 3 years. All of my things were basically out of a time capsule when I emptied it. Everything was in perfect condition, free of damage, just as it was when I put it in there. We stacked our furniture on pallets to be safe, but no water ever got in there. Payments were easy to maintain, but difficult to cancel. There is no one watching the grounds, so there is a potential for theft, but we used an industrial style lock and had no issues. I’m satisfied with the service we received.”

“Chris (Lead), Jay and Brandon were wonderful from start to finish. Chris was extremely thorough and helpful, he explained everything clearly and answered all questions. Jay and Brandon were very efficient and helpful— asked questions and made sure items were put where they needed to be. Overall a wonderful experience and I will be using them again in the future and recommending them to anyone moving!”
