This is an absolutely amazing car place with an extremely kind and caring staff. I will continue to take my car to them for any advice and repairs that I need. They were very kind and helpful. The crew went above and beyond. This is the best shop I’ve been to in Junction City. I am so thankful for them.

Took my Focus ST in to get it running right after I got a little cleaner in the valves and to get a window fixed. Sergio tried to convince me to just get a new engine, and when I said no I received the car back running a lot worse than when I brought it. The window wasn’t fixed and they charged me 1k for it. I took it to White Owl, because I knew they’d know what they’re doing, and they said there is sand in one of the cylinders and gas dumped into the oil.Services: Auto side window replacement

I cannot say enough good things about this shop! I showed up on an emergency basis after having been told by a parts store that my alternator was bad. I was met with understanding, kindness and patience. They managed to fit me in within the hour and took the time to sleuth the issue rather than immediately diving into the expensive replacement. It turns out the fix was much simpler than I was told and I was able to continue on my road trip almost immediately! Very grateful for Sergio’s ethical and professional work, and would recommend them to anyone.

I had two bent inner tie rods, needed an alignment, and needed two new tires. Sergio’s got me in quick and fixed my car in one day. They also showed me the parts that were broken and explained everything they did in detail. Everyone was so kind and took great care of my car. Literally just stood in your business as one of your employees walked passed repeatedly and didn't even ask me what I was there for. I even heard your phone ring in the office and no one stopped to pick it up...guess that's a mark of where this place is headed..smh
