“These people work very hard. Many of them are veterans. So give them a break. Would it be nice if they answered the phone? Of course. Was I pleased that my Christmas package went all the way around the world and came back to me because the guy at the counter didn't check my customs form? Not really. But there are a million little things they have to deal with every day. Try to work with them, not against them. Yes, mail service in Kansas is not great overall, but the JC post office is the best around.”

“I avoid going to the Post Office now because the line is long and the wait is even longer. I’ve been using box and ship and had no problems. I just print my label and slap it on the box and it was easy peasy. No lines and faster service. Keep up the good work”
