“These people work very hard. Many of them are veterans. So give them a break. Would it be nice if they answered the phone? Of course. Was I pleased that my Christmas package went all the way around the world and came back to me because the guy at the counter didn't check my customs form? Not really. But there are a million little things they have to deal with every day. Try to work with them, not against them. Yes, mail service in Kansas is not great overall, but the JC post office is the best around.”

“I've been going here for almost 4 years for all my shipping needs that I am able to. I will never (as long as I live here) go to UPS or USPS if I can go to Box-n-Ship! They are friendly, quick, make everything so much easier. Plus if I time it right I can park right next to the building.
They also do the free care packages to APO so that is amazing!”
