O'Reilly have better and cheaper parts and if you ever buy a brand new radiator from them and it starts leaking just know they have employees throwing the radiators down and letting them slam on the floor they probably use to care but they don't anymore as far as working there I wouldn't they are rude and don't know how to talk to you and soon as I talk back u a problem they gonna try and find a reason to get rid of you Jessie and Danielle is the main target they run around and talk about you Jessie will do stuff to mess your work up if he feels u are a better worker than him he can't even do his job right because he so concerned about what others doing if it would let me i would post the video of how the employee treat the items

Quick service ordered my part, came exactly when they said it would, even had a courtesy call to let me know it was ready. Customer service reps very friendly and super helpful through the whole process.

This company is corrupt. Do not work for them. They subcontract their deliveries through Priority One and pay their drivers next to nothing (12.00 hr). The drivers have to pay their gas and are paid by the stops and not the number of items. Do not work for them! They are making big $$$$ and paying their drivers/workers pennies on the dollar.

I was thoroughly thrilled to buy a complete A/C kits for my truck at such a good price. I was told that as long as i bought the kit it had a lifetime warranty, also, it needed to be installed by an ASE Tech. I bought the kit...i asked if i literally needed to hang on to my receipt for my entire life to get the warranty, the guy laughed and said "No...you're in the system and if it ever breaks, call us and we'll look you up and deal with the warranty"...well, the installer was an ASE CERTIFIED MASTER TECH with over 25 yrs experience. The system just blew a bearing out and my system is now full of metal shavings and needs to be completely replaced. I called and they said i needed the original invoice in order to get it taken care of under warranty. They offered ZERO help, they did NOT back up their product and in my opinion, their warranty is worthless. I still have the bag they gave me when i picked up my parts.
