The night lady always locks up and goes in the back for a good hr nap. They NEVER answer the phone! They got both my 711 orders from the app delivery wrong. Do not recommend!

Older black lady was acting privileged. Didn’t want to make me fresh wings. I don’t like 7-11 wings that have been sitting out for too long because they taste like the stores chemical sprayed.

The cashier is very rude nasty and has always had a potty mouth. She is very unprofessional today I went into the store and she was trying to take care of another lady and asking me what I wanted at the same time. I told her to go ahead and take care of the other lady she told me she can handle two customers at the same time. That not the issue I don't want everyone knowing what I'm buying. You guys need to get rid of her I have been in this neighborhood for 30 years and have never seen the store ran so bad.This is not the first time I've seen her arguing and being mean with customers over the years. How long do we have to put up with her ignorance.Give you more so you can investigate Sir what you're saying is your going to continue letting her speak to the customers any kind of way. I will explain to you again I was in this store about 1:45pm There was a lady with a little boy getting lottery tickets in front of me. While the lady is undecided in what number ticket she wants scratch off The cashier asked me what I wanted. I said give me a dutch and a quik pick powerball. Now the lady in front of me is speaking telling her what number scratch off she wants. It felt odd because me and her are the only two customers so I said again go ahead and complete your transaction with her. Now the cashier is abrubtly giving me my money back and says you can shop elsewhere.Wow really so I snatch my twenty and head for the door. She states you probably beat your wife. Now I'm pissed I tried to patiently wait on my turn now you verbally abusing me I'm in law enforcement have never hit my wife. So I gave her a few choice words. Over the years I have seen this employee involved in several incidents where she has been into it with someone. But cause she is the employee you tend to take her side over the customers. I've seen her treat the homeless people so bad. I really feel like she must have something on you to continue to employ her. But I am going to take this issue to Corporate.

I would give zero stars if I could! The store is very dirt, the customer service is terrible! I was told I had to pay for the food in the taped up case which I didn't know what half the stuff there was and it was her job to get the food and box it up so I could pay for my items,finally I was told by a other worker bc the clerk was to busy paying on her phone to work for her money. When you're at work you should do your job to the best to earn your pay AND what happened to customer service, I was asked if I want my receipt and of course I did bc they are known to overcharging people and she snatched it from the register very rudely so I snatched it just as rudely as she did from her only to be give the dirtiestlook which was returned. She wasn't happy but you know I don't care to be disrespected when I am there to spend my hard earned money in a filthy store that didn't even have nachos as that's why I was there. She should be fired as she's one of many useless workers wasting the store time, money and customers! I guarantee ? % I will not be spending any of my money there again and I highly recommend that known one waste your time and money at this location.Store location2500 Central Ave, Kansas City, KS 66102

This is by far the worst place to order uber eats from! I placed a order, and I switched over to pickup instead of delivery. I sent my fiancé in there to grab the order as I was on the phone with him and the 2 clerks was VERY RUDE! one clerk said this order already gave me a headache. And the other one said wait you are here to get an order and don't even know her name. When he clearly told them my name as he came in. This is very rude and disrespectful. Then I've tired to call the store to speak to a manager and guess what to your surprise no answer. Several calls later still nothing. And I didn't get a refund for my order due to the fact that it was already placed. But my fiancé was having such a hard time from the 2 clerks. So I lost out on $20.

Stocked with goods but nasty & there is NO restroom. When you purchase gas and other such things, you should be able to use some sort of facilities ... obviously in the ghetto. This is why I prefer Quick Trip anytime anywhere. THE 7 ELEVENS IN COLORADO ARE SO MUCH MORE RESPECTABLE
