My battery was dead, I called for roadside service which came in thirty minutes. My battery was replaced free because I had bought one from them less than 3 months ago. Couldn't be happier with their fast and friendly service. I always recommend AAA to everyone I know.

Sad. I love triple AAA. Their tow service is spot on. But….when it hits the fan it’s hard to get someone to fix it.
But for two years in a row they continue to run my card for renewal when I cancelled. Then you call in and there service sucks so bad they say they refund but they don’t. They can’t even give you confirmation number for refund. You have to change your credit card with your bank to end it. Straight up financial fraud they refuse to fix.

If I could, I would give zero stars to this company I switched on recommendation from a friend and it turned out really bad. The person that I originally spoke with his name was Khayri and he was very nice before we made the final decision to go with AAA, very friendly and had good customer service and conversation but from that point on I’ve had nothing but problems and trouble with this company. I’ve never really been able to talk with Khayri again because every time I call him I get the answering machine or saying, leave a message and get back to you know I need you now and you’re not available and then if I do leave a message, you don’t call me back , they had the wrong ZIP Code on the original insurance policy. I had they had it under my daughter’s name and my name. , they had the wrong ZIP Code on the original insurance policy. My daughter moved and got her own policy however they kept sending me the original policy with her on it they never charged me the right price and then when it came time to renew , they told me it would be $170/mo for liability are you kidding me? And a $720 down payment no way! I called and spoke with someone because I could never get a hold of Khayri and told them I was canceling at least a month ago , for some reason, I decided to go to my bank account today to check it out and I was in the hole because I had told them to cancel my account. Don’t you dare take another cent out of the automatic payment for this insurance policy that I do not want at that price well they were the culprit. They took out $211 without my permission when I had frankly told them no way I’m canceling. I had other insurance before I ever called them to cancel so I’m pretty annoyed. I would never go with them and all the one star reviews I see that this company has gone way downhill. They talk a good game but they don’t follow through with their customers . Service is horrible. I’ve had them hang up on me at least two times maybe three and they try to accuse me of being rude. no I haven’t been rude to them. I just want the right thing to happen and not for them to be crooks and take money out of my account that they aren’t entitled to do not sign with them. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau after I get finished with this. My bank has taken care of it and they will not get that $211 . They have some balls to take money from an account when you told them that they have no privilege to do that and they try to say they don’t see that I canceled. OMG

5 stars to “AAA” services . We thank you ! I had a flat tire after work because I hit a pot hole and couldn’t swerve because it was some more all around that area. However the guy that came out was nice thanks again

I waited over 3 hours for a tow last night with snow and zero weather. Finally called another tow company. 45 minutes later I was towed and thawing out. I have premier AAA service and they said I should look on the web site and get a reimbursement form. They will consider it. What happened to AAA?

Member for 12 years. Pay over $200/year, rarely need them. Today had blowout on highway from pothole. Was told at 12:30 Id be towed by 2:50. Over two hours. 2:50 came and went and struggled to get a person to answer my calls. Was told I was "next on list". Thirty minutes later got text that said "several people are ahead of me". I called back and was told they are having trouble finding me. (Im on the shoulder of the highway--can't miss me. ). Then a different dispatcher says they can't get any tow companies to do the job. Wish I had known 4 hours ago. Then they said I should get my own tow company and they would reimburse me--so gracious! So Im on my own. Oh yeah, they said theyd call the police on my behalf. So there's that. Because I didn't have the number to the police memorized already....

AAA does not have your safety or security or in mind. This is a bigger racket than VCR warranties. They and local terrible towers, Simmmons out of Herrington, left me stranded post-accident because they could not be bothered to get me somewhere safe; hey indicated using their tow truck to drive me to the car pickup (airport) would be against some unwritten rule. My sister had to drive back three hours to get me at the tow yard which also shared in AAA's lack of humanity 3 days before Christmas.

AAA as a whole company has gone downhill amazingly fast the last 5 years. From not letting you easily pay online, to sending my bill to family members who live in completely different locations (which is worrisome because it means their client records in their databases are linked by last name somehow), not sending communication via email by default, and terrible website design...they are an absolute chore to use.It's 2023 -- you need to have an easy to navigate website that lets you do all major activities within 5 clicks of the front page. The website and the major actions need 99 percent uptime. You should be sending all communications via electronic means with paper as a backup. Your local reps should be capable of speaking English. I don't feel like any of that is a crazy request but AAA obviously doesn't feel the same so I'm moving on.

I'm not sure what's going on with your company in kc when started set up with lady in liberty. She quit no notice or anything that it was transferred to another office so I called the new office number disconnected but I still get mail from the address that's no longer in business. Now i have to deal with these idiots in kc on Broadway. Called to cancel went down hill from there like fast. Sorry I had to go off on yall but enough is enough smart as mouth get you no business in the future.I won't be back!!!! Do better and reading the other reviews it's not looking up. They are only nice when setting up policies and taking your money not canceling customer service is janky. Don't like your job QUIT!!!

Called number on the card for a flat tire. Number went to Calif. Waited 20 minutes and no one every answered the call. TheyWanted you to go to chat online . Not everyone has a phone with Internet capabilities. Been with AAA for over 30 years, thinking about cancelling.

David quoted me a rate then continuously overcharged me. Every month he promised there would be a credit for me next month and each month the rate got higher. When I called and canceled my insurance he didn’t cancel. I got charged again and even more!I finally called corporate and got it canceled. I would definitely find another insurance company. Fast.

Stopped in to get an International Driver’s Permit and the man (Terry) helping me could not have been kinder or more helpful. Was able to get my photos I needed taken here as well. Such a pleasant experience!

I called AAA at 7:13 AM. J&K was dispatched at 7:21AM. At 7:42 AM their office called me to confirm the appointment. When I didn't know the address of the mechanic shop she said "I will just cancel the order and have AAA send someone else" and hung up! What? ? Who memorizes the address of a repair shop? Terrible customer service. AAA should remove them as a tow contractor.
