If I could give negative stars. I would. Been a AAA member since 2019. Today my wife's car died. No worries. its a day, things happen. AAA has a great app, and tells you when the tow truck will arrive. She has received multiple updates that the AAA truck will be there that AAA will be there 5 minutes ago, 10 minutes ago... and this has been going on for 2 hours. ITs not raining. Its not snowing. its just a day. AAA has no idea when someone will be there. Has no idea where they are. They can say that he will be there hours ago. Which doesn't help. I get busy. I get delays. I get the unexpected. What I don't get is "Your driver will be there in 10 minutes"... and 2 hours later, and many "will will be there in a few minutes" later... this is EPIC suck. I called a tow truck company that was near her broken down car. They arrived in 10 minutes. I paid out of pocket because AAA never showed up.

I just wanted to publicly share how amazing Amanda LaFleur is at the AAA Kansas City Skyview location in hopes that anyone who needs help getting insurance or that has any questions and comes across this review should reach out to her. Her expertise and willingness to help others is unmatched. She was so kind and took the time to explain my policy with me. I had a slightly complicated situation with a recent insurance claim and my policy and because she was able to ask the right questions (unlike the claims rep and initial agent I signed up with), she was able to help me solve my problem. I am so thankful for her and wish I had known about her when I was switching my insurance years ago. Will 100% recommend her to all my friends and family in the future.

I love the services of AAA. I have used them for tire changes and battery services. The response time has always been timely. However when you call to speak to somebody regarding an issue, the Phone Bingo system is TERRIBLE. I spent 15 minutes trying to speak to a live person. When I finally reached the correct department, they were taking messages and would respond within 48 hours. My claim was in June and I have not received any reimbursement. Slow service.

I am a AAA member with AAA Plus. I was in my first wreck in 51 years and was pretty shook up. The wreck was on black ice with several cars involved and the police/firefighters kept telling everyone to get off the highway. I called AAA to tow my car and they refused because I may or may not be with the car, since we were directed to get off the highway. This was not helpful at all. I called a random tow company who came out and we met at a nearby gas station to decide how to proceed. I'm very disappointed in AAA because I thought they would be there for me when I needed them. AAA tells me they won't come out when there are extenuating circumstances. So, beware! I cancelled my membership.

I called the Tiffany Springs office for a car insurance quote. An agent by the name of Austin Fansher assisted me. Just when you think the words "customer service" has digressed to being two words, Austin restored my belief that real customer service exists! He went above and beyond to help me understand why my insurance quotes with various companies were so high, and what to do to resolve an information reporting error. Austin, you're awesome!

Very helpful place! We were on a road trip and our car broke down so we needed a rental to get home. We decided to buy a AAA membership after our series of unfortunate events so that we’d have more options available to us for the next unfortunate event. But our membership came in handy so much even then because AAA helped us secure a rental car so we could get back home that week after the holiday (in the midst of rental car shortages!). They were so helpful and courteous. I’m very glad to be a AAA member now!

After being a customer that never, ever had a late payment, I was dropped by AAA on my auto insurance. I called the office in Kansas City North to terminate my home owner's in late January for the 1st of March. Today is March 9th and I just called again. The home owners is still intact. Really the company may be run well over all, but this particular office is run like a 3 ring circus with people coming and going and never seeming to have the same agent twice.
