I love the look of adidas shoes. But, their warranty program is the worst I’ve ever been apart of. You would think with a company as big as theirs, they would put effort in to their customer service. It’s not easy to submit a claim, shoot, its not even easy to find where to submit a claim. And even after you submit a request you have to wait two months just to call back and ask for an update. This is the second time I have had to go through their warranty and I honestly don’t want to buy any more adidas shoes after this.

The store is okay but there is not a lot of room so its hard not to get within 6 feet of each other. There isn't a lot of selection in my opinion either.

I bought $120 Adidas shoes for tennis and they wore out in 2 months. I emailed adidas pictures of the shoes, the size, my receipt, date of purchase and they refused to send me a new pair and said that was normal wear and tear. How do you sell a shoe for $120 that wears out in 2 months? Terrible products...
