Very sad when is about business and they treat people like they get mad if we ask for something like really is the only place like this , ask for a bathroom and I said please can I use the restroom like really the dude who was at front with a long beard I mean I buy the stuff first and I ask him for the bathroom for real, this is the only store who denied that AutoZone, and the other one like O'Reilly or carquest or others if we need we ask we have let use it with the magic word please, for real he was rude and look at me like a was a Thief as soon as I open the door and get in, but he don't know I have commercial account in all auto parts this is absolutely sad . Customer service is very rude and poor unprofessional and the other guys on the phone for real.i hope someone take care of this because make looks the store like they don't care

They were helpful in the aspect of looking up exactly the kind of product that I needed for my vehicle, however when we walked down the aisle together to find the product that I needed it was nowhere to be found ( not helpful ). ? So as you could imagine, our walk back up the aisle was awkward ?? it was most def a walk of shame for the both of us... Lol
