I don't even give them 1 star... worst service I ve had from a person representing a company...if you like being yelled at and for people to not listen to you the customer ...than this maybe your place but I will never go there...THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!!

Rip Off DO NOT USE. We went to Allen's after the car wouldn't start and stay running. They told us it was the alternator and charged us $250+ to fix. It stopped working again within a few days we returned it and they said it was bad wiring not the alternator they had charged us to replace. We got no refund. We then took it back again as it had ANOTHER electrical problem 3 weeks later. They fixed wiring and replaced fuses and charged us another $240+. It stops working again 3 weeks later to be told again there is more faulty wiring and charged us another $100. They refused to waive the fee despite the fact we had been in so many times and they had already charged us for a part that was not needed. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!

This shop has been in business about 40 years. The owner is a Corvette & Mustang enthusiast. They do excellent work and are very reputable. I have had lots of work done there without any issues. They are also able to restore Classic parts to judgeable condition, with attention to detail.

I'm a retired maintenance mechanic with experience in all types of auto issues. I've relied on Allen to take care of all of my auto electric problems for over 45 years. I don't ever remember being dissatisfied. They have a good common sense way of running their business and they're always patient with problems that are hard to diagnose. This is a no-brainer.
