They are very kind, caring and compassionate... I felt like a human being. They All worked worked really hard to find a resolution for us. Mya really wanted to us getting the help. They were All very Professional and friendly. At this point I would recommend them Higher but the Work is not finished yet.

I truly made a good choice choosing Aspen dental! I had the most exceptional visit to a dentist I think in my whole life. The entire staff were the nicest and most caring group of people I have had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. They met all of my needs and it was obvious that they cared about me and was not all about the money. I highly recommend Aspen dental to anyone who wants awesome service and a place that actually cares!

The Staff at the Kansas City, KS location was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. T. gave me a thorough evaluation and plan of action. Expenses were explained and options given. I was pleased with my experience.

Arrived on time to only wait as they attend to walk-in people. The assistant didn’t seem very experience and was taking my dentures prior to make the mold. Wasn’t verbal about this and I needed mine before leaving to only wait longer. The rest of staff seem to be very quick and diligent.

I recently had a fantastic experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. T and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout my appointment. They explained every step of the process and ensured my comfort. I was impressed by the state-of-the-art equipment and the cleanliness of the facility. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for anyone in need of top-notch dental care.

My friend's mother wanted to have a denture made and the looked on google to find the best dentist around and found Aspen Dental. We were not disappointed and the whole staff was just amazing. The Dentist (Dr.T) was the best Doctor we have met ever. So lively and so knowledgeable. Very professional staff. Will definitely go back and have my family come for the treatment.

Scheduled an online appointment for emergency extraction, staff was wonderful and polite. The Doctor and his associate were kind, attentive, respectful and considerate. Answered all my questions and went right to the extraction. Made sure I was very comfortable and numb before proceeding as well throughout the process. Best Dental experience ever! Thanks everyone for the amazing help!

What a horrible experience. The dentist was so angry and rude. He was using his entire body weight while pulling my tooth and was so rough. He was pinching my lip on the right side when he was pulling the tooth on the left side. When I told him he was pinching my lip and it hurt he got angry and left the room. My lip is still swollen. He quickly returned and tried pulling another tooth I told him I could feel it and it hurt. He got even more angry. He started poking some instrument on my arm and asking me if I feel how sharp it is and I should feel it on my gums. The dental tech helping him was just as rude. While the dentist was hammering at my mouth he made a smirk comment about my hands shaking. He put the blood pressure cuff on my wrist and shoved it to my chest and told me to hold it there. The dentist had to apply pressure to my gums because of the bleeding and asked me if I was on blood thinners. I have zero health problems and take no medications. The experience alone I’m sure caused my blood pressure to be through the roof causing me to bleed so bad. The girls at the front desk are amazing and the dentist they had before was amazing but I absolutely will not return. I went to another dentist in Shawnee ks the following day and had zero pain and zero issues. This facility should be shut down horrible horrible experience

Service here was sub par at best. I took a friend who had a severe infection and a week later still does. The only person that really seemed to even half way act like they cared was the secretary. The hygienist was new and had no clue what was going on the billing lady had us wait over an hour and still never helped us which we were told to wait for a breakdown of what he needed to rectify the problem. The dentist was cocky had a major attitude and refused to even use novacaine claiming it would be in effefective due to infection even after my friend said it’s worked before with infection then prescribed amoxicillin even after he told them it’s usually in effective ok his teeth that he need something stronger due to antibiotic immunity and was told he did not need to return until he was ready for the dentures which he said seven times he was not interested in getting. Bedside manner a straight zero and if it wasn’t a free consultation which btw we tried to do the one time paid consultation because we didn’t want him treated poorly they refused. So no won’t go back ever will recommend not to go there to anyone don’t even send ur enemies

Horrible Dentist. Had my teeth pulled. The Dentist seemed angry and originally said they didn’t have enough staff to do the procedure. Then changed his mind. Didn’t announce his steps of what he was about to do. Had a needle stuck in my gums without him even telling me that’s what he was about to do or to expect it. Literally slit the top of my lip open and put his whole body weight on me in order to pull the teeth out. I had to tell him it hurts, and he said “oh it hurts “ and stuck me with the needle again without telling me that’s what he was about to do, and said he would be back in 10 minutes. He literally walked back in the office in one minute, and proceeded to pull without regard to my lips and cut it open. Of course I didn’t realize it was slit open until I got home because my mouth was numb. He wanted to pull another tooth and I said no. Nothing was wrong with the tooth next to it and it seemed like he was purposely hitting that tooth in order to chip it, and pull it for profit. Putting in complaint with Dental board as I’ve in in pain since 8/23/23 when the procedure happened. Do not visit this place, found out afterwards from my aunt this was a horrible Dental office. Caused severe pain and suffering. ⚠️ Warning!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I originally started seeing Angela when she was here but after many many complications & thousands of dollars later, I was still disappointed. After riding out the complications, they canceled my latest appointment for a new doctor. DR. T is downright disrespectful! He is new to the office as Angela moved offices. Today was my first visit with the man and he asked me how I have been feeling with previous work and I told him that I was a little disappointed as I’ve been drug around and explained everything with picture evidence. He didn’t seem to care so I don’t know why he even asked me. After doing a crown and a filling, I was escorted to the front. I wasn’t given a mirror to review his work. So I used the one in the hallway. I said “What the hell man” as I was unhappy with the botched work he did and the office staff followed me up front to make sure everything was alright. Doctor pulled me back to the room to dicuss what was going on but before he did he lectured me about cussing and blah blah blah like I was just a 4 year old. Told me I’m not allowed to cuss when in this building and that he would not like to treat me as a patient anymore due to it and the fact that I would not be happy with any of his work because I lost trust in this dentist office. That is true. But I told him I was going to give him a chance as he is a new dentist. He kept pressuring me into finding a different location. I went to talk to Mya and closed out my credit account with Aspen and am currently looking for a new dentist. I will make sure to tell EVERYONE I work with that’s been asking for opinions on this place (as we use our company insurance) that this is not the place you want to go. The disrespect is real and I can’t even make this sound as professional as I wanted due to the anger I’m experiencing.

The initial visit with the representative was suppose to be about dental implants. Was shown pictures and different prices of what we though was implants. Payed all monies requested ,started the process and come time for each fitting alway set up appt just to have it cancelled or rescheduled. After refittings and adjustments I was told the I haven’t payed for what I thought was going to be implants but regular dentures. Had i know this I would have NEVER payed that much for dentures. Could have brought them at a much cheaper price then the $3000 plus that I pay. The original representative that I talked with is no longer working there. Liars and crooks taking advantage of the elderly. Recorded this for Elbert Super the recepient.

Put a filling in my back tooth that cracked my tooth within a week then wouldn't fix it because I woke up late after a 12 hour shift at work overnight. Supposed to have urgent care there too and I was a regular patient now I either wait till June to see what appointment I get or scramble to find another dentist to fix their mistake and finish my dentures. I wouldn't recommend this place if u need any kind of dentures or major work done the guy that does it has horrible availability and refused to fix their problem they caused by putting a filling in, now I get to chew on one side of my mouth for at least a month till I find a new dentist that can finished the work if u like people who don't finish the job they started and it's a mess I tried my best to come in I was refused simple as that
