After having what I could consider to be the worst weekend of my existence, the final nail in the coffin was my phone not charging. I was able to go in to the store on Monday morning, waited less than 30 minutes for the entire process, and was greeted and taken care of with the best customer service I have received in quite some time. The two gentlemen I worked with made me smile and laugh, and put my worries at ease with upgrading my phone. I ended up with the Galaxy 24 ultra, and I'm very pleased with the choice I made. Both men were knowledgeable but not pretentious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Robyn and Randy were extremely kind and helpful. Robyn helped me return a device that I was unhappy with from another location. And she helped me determine something better suited for my needs! I usually get a bit of social anxiety having to return things or being unpleased with something that I purchased but they made me feel comfortable and they listened to me and that just means the world to me. I will continue to return to this location because of their exceptional customer service.
