I recently went to this location for a line transfer initially. After a discussion of what I was looking for, Kobe worked with me to understand my options and how to best navigate them. After that appointment, I went back the following day and he helped me trade in my current phone, set up my new phone, and paired it with my watch seamlessly. I highly recommend those who are looking to work with an associate to figure out the best options for them to visit this location and ask for Kobe!

This was the 2nd time I have been to this store in the last couple weeks. Each time was for different issues. I had the pleasure of dealing with Alana on both occasions. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

Terrible experience, when you trade in your phone for a "free" phone or "trade in" they use that "value" to pay off your new phone monthly over the course of three year, essentially trapping you in a three year contract while claiming to be "contractless" I signed me up for phone insurance I declined and the promotion I sogned up was claiming thirty dallors a month, I was never billed less than fifty dallors. and never received an explanation when calling.

Came in just to do an ID verification for an online order only to not be able to be helped and have my time wasted after I told the employee I needed to be in and out. Highly disappointed and upset my time was disregarded.

Bill keepsgoing up every month they keep taking off my discounts my bill is double then what I was quoted when I signed the phone reps when you call in over talk you and eill add line to you bill I'm constantly being told one from the store only to have customer support tell me differentSwitching carriers is looking like a huge mistake financially and emotionally

Unbelievably horrible experience at this store. First of all the doors were locked during business hours. Once we were let in, the young lady who was working on 6/25/23 was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When we asked for help she refused and turned us away. I would strongly encourage everyone to avoid this store. Would give 0 stars if possible

I had a wonderful experience with getting a new phone due to a broken phone. I mostly worked with Alana who was fast, courteous, knowledgeable. I also worked with some other staff who were equally nice and knowledgeable.

Upgrades are not that easy! Phones are expensive and an investment. I tried to upgrade my S10+ to an S23+. Then the sales guy convinced me to do the Ultra, but keep the S23+ till you get the ultra in the mail. Got it and was like this is not worth the money. I'll stick with the 23+. I had to return both as it was easier for them for me to start over. So I returned them both within the return window on March 14th. I went back to today to finally stick with an upgrade just to find out that I am currently being charged to the Ultra, that I don't have. Look at your bill each and every time. I have been paying for a Samsung S23 Ultra and I did not get to upgrade my phone at all. Also, make sure to only go to a corporate store or better yet...Target or Best Buy. The sales lady told me today that I needed to call 611 AGAIN. She also told me that "att is picky." Then when I tried to at least throw away a tissue she told me that "all of my trash cans are full." Once I get this fixed by talking to 611 ATT customer service for the 10th time I am out. My relationship has changed too much with AT&T since I started with the almost 30, yes 30 years ago. It doesn't matter, plus they made me feel like I didn't make the cut as they are "picky" and threw me out like trash even though all of their "trash cans are full." Do you research, check you bill and please let me know which carrier your recommend other then ATT!
