The staff especially the gray shirts/management are poorly untrained on the workings of the stor computer system as a former employee I will say the staff of this location is unprofessional and lack customer service skills uniforms were very poorly worn by all when I worked for AutoZone there was a standard had by all employees for red shirt to up this needs to be resolved asap I went to do an exchange the young man kept hitting return instead of exchange this staff has no idea of how to do this when I worked there I did exchangees all the time so I know how to do it they just wanted to get me in and out with out really helping me

I needed to have my battery tested. Willie helped me through the whole process of testing, purchasing and installing a new one. He was excellent and very pleasant to work with!

They sold me the wrong kind of power steering fluid after the lady insisted it was the right one. Then when I went back they threw a fit and said it was my fault. Very insulting. Avoid the scary lady with no teeth. Avoid her at all cost or better yet just walk across to advanced auto parts. They are very nice over there.

I typically don’t leave reviews, in this case I felt to because of the great service received. I would always go to the auto place across the street because of a bad experience I had here in the past. Just recently it was recommended to me to go here, so I took a chance. The staff and store manager Joe are amazing. He helped me with my battery, very professional and down to earth. Thank you guys, I’ll be returning.

Unprofessional staff. Repeatedly harassed. Would like management to contact me. The lady who ended up helping me was very kind but the other one needs to be careful before she has a lawsuit on her hands.
