The ATMs are constantly broken but yet no one thinks to put a sign outside telling people that, so the line for the broken ATM builds up and builds up. Not only are the ATMs constantly broken, but the place closes so early that you can't even access the insight ATM. This location is literally useless. The amount of times I've had to drive to a different ATM from this one is ridiculous. I told someone today that the ATM is broken and they told me that they already knew about it and I said well then can you put a sign outside or something because there's a line of over four cars at this broken ATM who have to circle back around to use the other ATM because no one thought to tell anyone. But apparently the workers knew about it and just decided not to tell the public which is who the ATMs are for...

On the contrary, I've received excellent service (they even let me use their phone when I forgot mine) they got me in to see a banker right away without an appointment and asked if there was anything else I needed. I'd recommend them to anyone. Oh, and I wire funds monthly to my fiance in Nairobi, Kenya. They processed the transaction quickly and efficiently, even though I didn't have my paperwork and performed the previous transaction at another branch. I'm using them exclusively until I leave for Nairobi at the end of October 2023. I can even do my banking with a Bank of America affiliate in Nairobi!

Bank of America has frozen me account and will not allow me access to my money. They state the Risk department put a hold on the account for 180 days. They will not even allow me to transfer the money to another account. Bank of America has stolen my money. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Absolute garbage dump of banking services and people. Management approves checks the cashiers then reject based on policies the Management doesn't even know about. Laughably outdated organization.

well I have several accounts across Bank of America products, and my personal experience has been tremendous working with the tellers the manager the small business banking consultants, I think Bank of America could be better at allowing non-account holders to present checks for being cashed during the entirety of the banks opening hours. I operate a business and pay my employees by a check. our hours prevent them from getting to the bank before they shut down check cashing for non account holders and what usually happens is they have to take time off of our work day to go to the bank so they can get paid. a good idea would be to allow non account holders to cash their checks both inside and through the drive-thru during all open operating hours.

Well first of all let's start with the issue of closing at 4:00pm in the evening doesn't make it easy for some of my employees to cash thier checks after work, which leads them asking to get off earlier.. Second what is the deal with customer service ? When I go to this location every time the employees inside have a completely bad attitude.. And last of all if you close at 4pm and stop cashing they're own checks at 3:30pm why not post that so people don't rush to get off work only to find out that they don't want to verify the check. Could cause issues for people who have a deadline to pay bills or whatever else.. All in all I think that this location could use some customer service training

I went today to this bank location to solve some inactive problems with my account and to open an account for my mother !! They lied first and said false things to me .. then I drove in again they said it's 3:30 pm we have to schedule you another time not today.. we can't help you .. I was so disappointed with the horrible service and the wait time and the gas that I've wasted without any solution or opening a new account!! I wish we had the employees which were working at that branch before COVID pandemic.. I don't advice anyone to visit this boa branch.. they are lazy, false management, helpless and hopeless workers and managers!!And I'm going to report this branch everywhere I could!Regards.

Tried to get a question answered. No one to answer my call. I spent 22 years in retail so I somewhat have experience in this field. Every location is pushing for me to go online to schedule an appointment to ask one question. It seems like I am trying to make things easier for the bank and not the bank trying to make things easier for me. Who’s providing the customer service here? Who’s the customer?
