I love coming to this Barnes and Noble location. Everything is always so organized and pretty inside. I am always able to find the books I am looking for and even other goodies.

I absolutely love this store! The staff is always very helpful and I almost always find what I'm looking for but if I don't, the staff is willing to help me track out down. Much nicer than the store on The Plaza. Plus I never leave without picking up a little something extra for myself or a little gift for someone else.

There sure are a lot of books at this dog kennel. It was super fun to browse while a tiny lady tried to force a Great Dane to go down the escalator while not letting anyone else use it.

Great vinyl record selection. Book selection is also large with many specials throughout the store. Movie selection is pricey, but they have any criterion titles and other hard to find films. Carrots CDs, Funko, Blu-ray, 4k, and a large children's book selection.

Love every Barnes and Noble ever. We got there 30 mins before closing and all the employees were just rudely ready to go home. The announcement went off saying we had ten minutes remaining before they closed. My husband and I were in the middle of looking at all the cool Nat Geo boxes they sell. We figured with ten minutes left we had plenty of time, but the woman who works upstairs didn't think so and asked us for a second time if we needed help. I replied no and she goes on to say they are about to close and mumble mumble ten minutes. I don't see why so rude about it. It may seem like nothing to others. (As i always like to say) It's not always what you say but how you say it. We were actually almost done at that point and were about to go check out. We still got out of the store before they closed. Sometimes I really wonder how owners of businesses would react if they were able to see or experience their employees attitudes.

Well stocked with a broad and diverse selection of books, media and games/toys. Deducted three stars due filthy restrooms with no soap or paper towels.

Good book selection, but the cross-eyed cashier needs actually therapy instead of taking out her misplaced anger on customers just trying to buy a book. Very rude.

Books are always easy to find and my family and I always love this location. However, we were extremely disappointed by the customer service. Specifically, the girl with the pink hair and glasses was extremely rude. My family and kids and I were in shock by how blatantly mean she was. Other than that, we have always had amazing experiences here.

I love Brick & Mortar book stores in general!B&N has always been a favorite place to kill time and spend way too much of my money. I found it interesting that the store appeared to focus most on Toys, Puzzles, Collectibles, Harry Potter, Young Adult/Youth fiction, magazines, Stationary/journaling items & music/movies on CD/DVD/Blue Ray.I went to the Sci-fi section to look for a couple of the Dune prequels I was missing, and realized that about 80% of all the books were paperbacks. I’m sure those are much cheaper to hold onto as inventory, but it was kind of disheartening to see what bookstores have to do to be able to afford their rent and payroll.
