I have stayed at this hotel a few times now when I need to travel to the KC area. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are huge and always clean. The beds are comfortable and plush. The location is incredibly convenient to North KC, the airport, downtown and multiple are favorite restaurants.

Room was not how it was advertised online, the employees although nice, seemed to lack a good work ethic ans didn't seem to really care. Did get free breakfast as mentioned online but it was awful. Hardly anything to choose from and not good quality of food to begin with. Still, overall it was the cheapest hotel in the area so couldn't expect 10/10 service. I wouldn't stay here again as a first choice, but if it was the only choice left then it wouldn't be that bad of an option at least.

The staff was super accommodating for our stay. They knew I was in town for a family member's procedure at NKC Hospital. We had a handicap room and were able to get a later check out.The room was very clean and roomy.Rooms: Spacious and cleanSafety: Outside entrance directly into your room

They did a horrible job of covering up the previous paint and all the mold on the ceiling. Definitely never going back!

Terrible place. Worst stay. I am a blind hearing impaired individual. I was seeking rest here for two days. the place broke me and rushed.e off the property. I am broke and hungry without food for the rest of the month. I am beside myself. Rattled and confused ? Didn't even get to enjoy breakfast. What is a vacation??!Food & drinks: Free breakfast that I didn't get to enjoy.

I always thought getting a great hotel room meant paying big bucks. That changed when I found HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm Now, I get rooms like this without emptying my wallet, and it feels awesome. We had to stay here due to our power being out. Someone did turn my door handle but they could've had the wrong room. Either way it was clean and quiet. Kids liked it. Price was too steep for the room and no amenities. If your pool was open and had a buffet breakfast still.. I could justify the price. But both were closed.

The first room had black mold on the ceiling that they clearly painted over (see photos), it was difficult to breathe in that room so we asked to be switched. The next room smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes in it (it was non-smoking), the ac would randomly shut off, the hair dryer didn't work, and it was overall dirty. Unfortunately we couldn't find another hotel that had availability, so we dealt with it.If you expect Best Western to provide you with a safe and comfortable stay, realize this is actually an overpriced motel. Also, management doesn't provide refunds and denies any problems with the motel, which is worrisome.

I wouldn't consider this place a hotel or "Inn". It's more like a motel. Room doors are on the exterior of the property. If I would of known that, I would of found another place for the night. Of course that's just me. The room seemed clean enough. One of the towels had a stain on it. Not sure if it's a burn or what, but I just ended up using my own towel, just in case.

This is not meant to be a negative review as this hotel is what it is. You know what you are going to get. It is clean and comfortable. A good location that is right off the interstate. We found we could get pretty much everywhere in 15 minutes. A safe location. The have breakfast which is pretty standard fare. Our first room the AC was not working. We asked to be changed and they accommodated us. The shower drain was pretty slow. But overall it met our needs as we weren't looking to spend a lot of time in the room .

Was so hard picking hotel, so many prices were jacked up bc of UFC in town. This place was completely reasonable though. Let me do slightly early check in. Was easy to check in. Got exactly what I booked. Rooms are old but it wasn’t dirty, didn’t have bugs. Quiet place. Breakfast was good, basic variety. The Latina housekeeping lady was SO sweet. (At least I think that was her job. She cleaned the breakfast area) Very accommodating, she gets >5 stars. Give her a raise. I didn’t realize I was ≈20m late to breakfast ending & she still helped me out. She was the same the next day. I didn’t even know I was late til tht next day when I seen the open times. Thanks BW.

The hotel is more like a motel. It is in a quiet area across a community center and about a 12 min drive from Worlds of Fun. There is also a 7-eleven next to it which we visited a few times. For the price we paid, we expected more. Our room was $135/night and there were several other hotels that looked nicer for the same price. The pool has been closed for a few years. Upon arrival we received a key for a room that had the door open. We were able to get another room. The refrigerator was filthy. The AC was not running and it had an odor. The shower didn't drain while showering. The breakfast was okay and the front desk gentleman appeared to be nice, otherwise I would have given 0 stars.

They advertise a pool on the website. With photos and even a short description. Turns out the pool has been closed for a year (depending who you ask; front desk said a year but Google reviews say three years).
