60 bucks a month and I barely get any service I'm getting SICK of it. Been here for a year half and ready to switch carriers. Tired of seeing nothing but loading icons ALL the damn time what the hell am I paying $60 a month for??? It makes work grocery shopping and bus riding a total nightmare. Do not recommend.

My fiancé came to the store to buy a phone and the person working there was incredibly rude. She also was unhelpful in every way. Complete waste of time.

Well, in all honesty, there was a younger girl there earlier today who seem to know what she was doing and didn't seem like she was going to have a problem setting me up, but there was a guy there who had this very in-depth problem that didn't have easy solutions or anything so I had to leave and come back later. When I did so, I did get the phone that I was supposed to get, and they did change the number, but they completely forgot to clone the phone and move my accounts and information and email and everything else over to the new phone. So I'll have to go back tomorrow or the next day and try and find the girl who seems to know what she's doing and see if she can do that for me.
