This is my absolute favorite place to shop for my childrens clothing, I know they have amazing deals and discounts all the time, and the quality of the clothing is so incredible, they have the cutest clothes ever for both gender and do a great job and keeping things stocked and looking clean and very well organized.!

I was doing Christmas shopping on December 18th at this location,I was Over charged 3 times for the same amount I payed with my phone using my PayPal account and the lady at the register told me it was Declined,I tried to pay again because I know I have money in my account and she told me it is declined,Finally I found my Debit car in my purse and she charged me the amount Before I left the store I looked at my PayPal account and I was charged $166.84 I showed one of the ladies at the register and she told me they can’t do anything and I have to call Customer service I was so frustrated about it. The next day I looked my Account one more time and guess what? I was charged not 1 but 2 times the amount of $166.84 on my PayPal account plus $166.84 with my debit car Since December 18th it’s been a Nightmare trying to get my money back $333.64 from cárter’s I will never go back and shop at this place I was Over charge and today February 19th still didn’t get my money back Horrible Customer Service It’s been 2 months and still did not get my Money back??
