Good deal, right? WRONG! Five minutes later she calls back after she talked to her manager and he refuses to do that. Thanks for NOTHING. I guess it's off to Applebee's where they have real curbside service and are always happy to bring us our order!"

"Service was fair, ordered chips and queso which was brown, not too good when your expecting white cheese. Food was okay, my chicken seemed overcooked and my husband had the old timer burger which was huge and he seemed to like it. "
"Wife and I got a 10oz sirloin steak..med/well and it was excellently cooked. Our waiter..SAM..nice young lady was helpful and attentive to our needs while dining. We never had to hunt for her. The restaurant was very clean...music was great and atmosphere was nice. Definitely going back again."
"Tough time at chili's.
I was in a group of 5 people who ordered food for pickup. I paid before and since we were having a meeting I had someone else go pick it up. Chili's forgot my food. By the time I got around to calling it was 2 hours later. They knew they had forgotten the food and they didn't call or email (which they had both since it was an online order). I was obviously frustrated at this point and simply wanted a refund for my food. I was told they couldn't do that and that the two options are 1. I needed to come back and pick it up. Which I couldn't do because of my schedule. 2. Get some coupons in the mail. I said that would work and I understand stuff happens. So today I open the mail and I had 2 coupons for $5. My meal was $8. The tax rate at Legends is 9.125%. That means I really paid $9.82 for my meal I never received. I made $0.18 and got to wait 2 weeks to made "right". What a joke. Stuff happens people, I get it and other customers get it. But do something to make up for it. Maybe I'm at fault for expecting more. Either way never coming back to this place."
"We went to chilies Monday night, 5/22/2017. We had family in town from New Mexico and wanted a nice dinner out, and we all really enjoy Chili’s. When we walked in we were completely ignored by the two hosts who were standing at the hostess table/stand. We waited to be greeted and seated. They continued to look at their phone and finally after about 5 minutes, they told us that it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait. We counted 11 tables open. They then asked for a name and phone number, I gave my name but refused to give my phone number and asked why if we were going to stay wait right there? They then went back to their phone and ignored us for another 30 minutes while we waited. Three families came in and left because they were ignored when they walked in, so their servers got less business because of the front hostess.
The food tasted great like always and our server was very nice. However, we probably will go to another Chili’s for future dinners. It is just not very welcoming to not be greeted and to be completely ignored when we walk in. Wait staff should not be on their phones when dealing with customer service."
"Went on a weekend it was early afternoon but it wasn't busy. Toke us a bit to have someone acknowledge that we walked in the door we waited about 5 mins when the server came up cleaned a table for us seated us without leaving any menus... that guy really needs to put more effort into his work and have way better customer service. The waitress apologized for him and we went on with our lunch which was great."

My husband had a better experience with his meal, and loved the Buffalo Blue tenders!

"I never thought that I'd end up leaving this place a bad review. However after my most recent few experiences I can no longer leave this place 5 stars. Chillies started out as my favorite restaurant in liberty. The old staff were wonderful and quick with service. The newest crop of employees here seem to be pretty lazy. We started off by coming in and sitting on our favorite side of the restaurant. We waited for about 5 minutes with no service. I decided to try and get the managers attention. I made 3 attempts, and unless he is dead, he was clearly ignoring us. Next, one of us had to get up and walk to a group of waitresses to see if anyone would simply get us drinks. We finally got a waitress to come and take our order. After 10 minutes of waiting for our drinks we got up, and promptly left. Untill they train their staff, I urge you to go somewhere that will actually give you service"
"My boyfriend and I went for dinner and left with only one of us getting a mostly hot meal also my mud slide never made it to the table. After asking for it to be removed it was never updated on our ticket. Throughout our meal drinks were forgotten, sauces were forgotten, refills had to be asked for, most of the order was only lukewarm and we had to wait for the server to reappear to ask for our ticket to be updated so that we could leave. While I will say the food tasted good it still was not a hot meal. The server was nice and respectful but seemed to be absent minded with us. We felt he had written us off early on in the meal. Over all pretty disappointed. "

"My son and I each had the ribs, which were on special. We both enjoyed them. My wife and daughter enjoyed the fajitas. My daughter's fajita steak was cooked medium and she wanted it well done. They were happy to go back and cook them to her specifications. The waiter was a bit slower than I would have liked in refilling our drinks but it was a Sunday at lunch time so I am not really unhappy."
