This was the filthiest Chipotle I have ever been to. Trash on floors, dirty tables, messy soda area. I wouldn't even think of sitting outside. Doesn't look like they ever clean those. Trash over flowing. I would not ever go back.

They forgot the most important thing of my order, the rice. The thing that brings it all together, the reason I started eating Chipotle. The thing that brings me joy. The reason I am alive. Rice is the most beautiful side dish to exist in this world. I was so excited to receive my order with my mouth watering for the beautiful rice. I had a nasty feeling before thinking, "I feel like they're going to miss my rice for some reason." I was starving; I got paid today from work. I was so excited to see that I got money to get some Chipotle. Excited to open the bag, I peek in and notice the most atrocious, horrible, vile thing happened to me; I noticed that there was, in fact, no rice. It was the driest meal of my life. But that wasn't the only disappointment; the 2nd most important thing was also missing—sour cream. It felt like a double blow. I felt like crying. I was thinking "I can't wait to eat this food, finish rewatching Mean Girls and be happy." Additionally, the girls working in the front had terrible attitudes and stank faces; they were on their phones, making the experience even worse. So, in fact, I give this place 1 star, the best I could do. So please, give me rice and sour cream next time.

This place is ghetttooooooo , a lot of mayats iykyk hire Mexicans or Asians that actually like to work and give out good portions I just made her throw away my quesadilla for the amount of meat she put …got her little attitude on and I asked for a burrito instead …management hire better people please no more mayats

Store could be cleaner. Staff could be a bit nicer. They skimp you A LOT on your food even though you’re paying top dollar. I typically wouldn’t stop over here but I was hungry and in the area. The staff could really use some customer service training.Vegetarian options: Sofritas

Restaurant closed and locked their doors at 9 although they don't close until 10 pm? Closing an hour early? Several people left disappointed because this Restaurant advertised false hours, not coming back here.

I ordered a burrito bowl. They didn't put my beans, guacamole, or fajita veggies on it. It was TERRIBLE. go to any other Chipotle restaurant. Not this one. It's trash. They did nothing to help me fix it. I sent pictures.

This chipotle is so ghetto it’s funny lol of course employees aren’t going to take things seriously when their own manager doesn’t care what everyone is doing. Everyone is standing around on their phones. Playing. The table line is absolutely disgusting. Food mixed into other foods. Employees don’t bother to keep up after every spill. Just pure lazy all around.

I've had mixed experiences at this location, sometimes it's good, last night wasn't great. They were taking online orders only and were out of several items. I was able to get my food pretty quickly, but the staff was clearly stressed and inattentive to the customers in store while trying to fill the online orders. I think they need more help on weekends and better management. When things fall apart instore like that, it's almost always due to a lack of support and a failure in leadership point blank.
